Certainly makes the Dolman look a lot more prominent, with the lower section rebuilt that stand will look pretty dam good, and then there's the Williams to be done, stadium is going to look seriously impressive.

Makes the Dolman look modern - impressive.

Anyone know if they're changing the roofing of the Dolman - it could do with a clean up if not, or even a coat of paint.

Surely they will, it's bloody pink. Everything else new seems to be cladded in white.

The £1M+ Desso 4 pitch probably helped but we won't tell anyone eh?

Drove past at around 2 a.m a few weeks back Tim....they were still working on the pitch at that unlikely time!! Well-deserved award IMO

I'm not saying Craig doesn't deserve it Rich, he does a fine job but the £Million+ pitch can't have done any harm. It has been like a carpet all season to be fair.

In all seriousness - it looks like the same colour of the seats in Old Trafford.

Will fade ever so slightly in the sun over time as well - but personally, I think they look pretty good.

There has been a total blow out on there, hence my 'burgundy' comment. They're a slightly darker shade of red, big bleedin' deal!

I do love that section of seating. Going to be badly exposed to any bad weather for the first few months of the season, well, until they build the new main stand roof that is. Don't envy any fans with seats in that block thats for sure.

Oh and those seats clearly have just been placed there, obviously not been bolted in yet. There are some really stupid people out there, ones who shouldn't be allowed access to a keyboard!

They've 'closed' off the open end of the stand JJ, so it shouldn't be too bad. That area is being used, temporarily, as corporate seating so I can't see them getting the perils of a west country winter TBH.

One out of two stands will be completed. The South Stand redevelopment was this season, the Williams will be next season.
