described on Connah quay's website as a "winger" and on their twitter after winning all the awards as "the right winger" maybe a change of formation during the season Master?
You been impressed with him?
Personally, I didn't agree with Burr's decision to let him go, but there you are. Not sure how he's ended up a wing back though, he was a striker/winger here as recently as 10 months ago.

We had Ledsham for the second half of last season. Scored two on his debut at Hyde, and was crap after that.
Seemed unfit and probably half the games he played, you wouldn't even know he was on the field.

Possibly if he got fitter, he'd be decent Conference North, but hard to see any potential in the 15-20 games he played in a Barrow shirt.

No signings at Barrow yet, but manager reckons he's "inundated" with players. Radio reported that Carlisle beat us to Luke Joyce from Accrington - another who's been here before and not looked especially good.
He has proven to be more than decent at Conference level when fit and wanted so fingers crossed.

Sean Miller is coming from the LOW, which is the equivalent of Evo Stik at best, but I believe he will be a success at Stockport County. Only time will tell. Strange that he hardly got a chance under Young, but he's made him his first signing.

Still only two signings for us, plus another two from the academy, and many of our fans are feeling a little underwhelmed. To be fair, I'm not expecting a massive influx of players so this isn't too surprising. The manager stated some time ago that he wanted to work with a smaller squad than he inherited and this summer has just seen the expiry of contracts from players he didn't sign, only a few were offered an extension.

On our forum there is speculation about the transfer window re-opening on 1 June, but I'm not sure if that is actually the case as the season is finished, surely most of the players our clubs are signing are now free agents? Mind you, I suppose it would be possible to arrange a pre-contract deal with a player who is still registered elsewhere.

It's still only May, these things take time. 2 additions is pretty good going by most clubs standards at this early stage.

I'm sure we'll see more additions over the summer, last season we were signing players right up until the start of the season. In the past we hardly ever used to sign anyone until pre-season had started.

Godfrey Poku? Christ. He is very lazy and has a terrible disciplinary record.

Who rates Poku? He will miss half the season because of suspension

Bot only is he shit, but he's a complete waste of a part time wage. When you have to sign someone as 10 game a season cover

His disciplinary record is exaggerated. He got 2 reds in the first month of the season which is poor but only one more over the rest of the season.

3 reds in a season...How is that over exaggerated?! Give me a break

Someone posted this on our forum:
"Godfrey got three red cards during the season one of which was rescinded against Dartford, two yellows on his debut v Welling and a straight red against his old team Southport. But tbf he went ten games or more twice without a booking."

Doesn't sound bad to me, as well as bearing in mind it'd have been frustrating as anything having to run the entire Telford midfield by himself.

Poku has looked poor when I've seen him, Plenty of effort but clumsy and ineffective.

According to his stats he has no goals and no assists in his career. Is that really true?

I'm sorry? Surely not?

I get the impression he's very much a defensive player, but with c. 150 appearances in his career, I can't believe he's never even set somebody up.

EDIT: Where do you get assist statistics for this level anyway?

We've gone and signed Dan Maguire off of Blyth Spartans, who scored 65 in 132 appearances there and was named in the NPL team of the season.

Remember him from our away replay against Blyth in the cup. He scored 2 really good goals that night. Looks a good finisher and had massive work rate. Think he could do well, good look to the lad.

former Middlesbrough youngster Josh McDonald.

Never heard of him at all, but that doesn't surprise me at all... Tends to be how Aspin operates.

Will be interesting to see how he gets on and probably spells the end of Adam Smith's time at the Shay

Looking at the Markse Webiste he has only scored 13 goals this season. Doesnt seem to a be a huge amount
