No, just like the calibre of player we've signed so far and being linked too. Considering we have the second highest attendances and probably the second highest budget, with a good foundation last year, I think we have cause to be a tad bullish.

Not all of us, no. And even so, we've been favs or very close to favs for promotion every year for the past 6 years, add next season and it will be 7 years. There's a right to think we're gonna do well, it's not like we're finishing 17th each year and then being "bullish"

Not sure how true it is, but we're in for Sylvan Ebanks-Blake after his release from Preston. Local lad who has struggled with injuries since leaving Wolves. I think we would need to get rid of Slew first to free up wages before taking another gamble on such a player.

We nearly always have a top 5 budget and we've seriously threatened for promotion once in 5 years. Attendances don't mean shite either, look at Pompey
