Rakish Bingham played for Cheltenham last pre-season as a triallist. In hindsight, signing him would have been the difference between the Football League and the National League. Gutted.

I've always said , apart from family , I'd miss telly and football if I move abroad , at least the Internet has fixed that , remember waiting for a day old paper to get the results !

I hope Moore doesn't risk playing Rakish in a meaningless friendly match. How can Sunday league pub sides compete against full pros without resorting to unsightly tackles and the infamous "wind the opponents up" tactic.

But, if Ronnie decides to play him, will our Poolie friends keep us updated throughout the whole 90 mins please? Ta in advance.

ps - if Ronnie does the right thing and not play Rakish, then there's no need at all to bother us with updates.
