Murray is in awesome form so far against Seppi. If he plays like this for the rest of the tournament, then nobody will beat him, not even Djokovic.

He was giving Seppi false hope that he could win the match. Business as usual now.

Err whats happening to Murray?

Lost a set then suffered an injury..

Oddly so did Seppi when he was losing..

:pond:

We always get one of these iffy sets with Murray once in a while - not as bad as Henman though!

Monfils v Simon is now being played on centre court at 21:25 for anybody that is interested.

Thats correct. As Wimbledon tennis club is in a residential area Merton council dont want them playing after 11pm due to noise when people leave.

Fantastic final set, the quality/and fitness was remarkable for a 5th set, Simon's stamina powering through in the end. Some amazing winners from both.

Surprised Simon has only got to the 4th round once before...usually pretty solid on grass.

I'm tired and can't think of a name 945 581 364

Going into the 2nd week, it's still very close.

Players left:

Mark: Djokovic, Federer, Cilic, Anderson, Pospisil, S Williams, Radwanska

SteKrazy: Djokovic, Murray, Federer, S Williams, Sharapova

Best Served: Murray, Wawrinka, Anderson, Troicki, Wozniacki, Safarova, Azarenka, Keys, Williams, Govortsova

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Lee: Djokovic, Murray, Federer, S Williams, Azarenka, Keys

Mike: Djokovic, Murray, Simon, Troicki, S Williams, Keys

Serve: Djokovic, Federer, Anderson, Safarova

No Name: Murray, Wawrinka, Cilic, Anderson, S Williams, Wozniacki

Very hard to cal this, although I'd say it's definitely between the top 3. Mark has a solid selection. Ste has fewer players but arguably the 5 favourites to make it the distance. Best Served has the most players but is very lady heavy, thus less sets played and less points available, also the ladies chosen are perhaps not the favourites either yet points will tally up from them playing another match or two.

I'll still go for Ste to win, just.

Also, on a separate note, who are we picking to come through the bottom half of the ladies section to reach the final.

Wozniacki, Muguruza, Baczinsky, Niculescu, Govortsova, Keys, Radwanska, Jankovic.

I see it going something like:

Muguruza beats Wozniacki
Niculescu beats Baczinsky
Keys beats Govortsova
Radwanska beats Jankovic

Muguruza beats Niculescu
Radwanska beats Keys

Radwanska beats Muguruza

Watch me be completely wrong. I just have a gut feeling this could be Radwanska's renaissance.

Wouldn't disagree with that - had a solid record on grass before her injury.

Got to the final 2012 didn't she?

As for the TFF - I will lose Anderson (or Djokovic) but confident about the others getting through.

I did pick Keys and Benic originally...but replace them with Kerber and Pliskova.

We are 5th overall...

This guy has over half of his Men's picks left in which is impressive.

Heard about that before, what a piece of nonsense that is, christ at the most it would only be for a couple of nights for a couple of weeks when the tournament is on. Its like moaning about a neighbour that once in a blue moon has a party.

Who's ready for another afternoon and evening of Tennis then?

Some cracking games in store today and the first one i'm looking forward to is Gasquet v Kyrgios. Other games such as Berdych v Simon and Djokovic v Anderson will be good too. In the women's draw you've got the Williams sisters battling it out and Radwanska v Jankovic.

As far as Murray goes, well i expect him to beat the big serving Karlovic in straight sets. Murray is very good at dealing with players with big serves so i'm very confident that Murray won't let us down today.

For the record, Best Served Cold is my team. I think you've called it right, I'm looking good to win the women's, but the men score more points so that won't be enough for me in the overall standings.

All to progress today. Simon has been playing well and could take Berdych out though. Djokovic will breeze past Anderson, might be one TB at best for Anderson. I see Murray beating Karlovic in 4 sets.

What the hell is Kyrgios playing at? The fans are paying good money to watch him play and he isn't even making any effort at the minute.

Yeah i agree.I used to live in Southfields about 5 minutes away from Wimbledon tennis club and i could never hear any noise and as you say it is only 2 weeks a year.

Kyrgios getting a bit of a hiding at the minute.Seems to be spending the match sulking.

Started watching the 3rd set of the Gasquet-Kyrgios game. It's been a great game and there's hope for Kyrgios now.

I do like Kyrgios - he's entertaining to watch.

Gasquet v Kyrgios was a great match, good comeback from Kyrgios but his serve seemed to cost him, double faults and 2 in the last tie break, his first serve wasn't great either where as Gasquet seemed consistent all the way through

Murray mania takes hold again then. Shouldn't be any concerns here.

The best players usually pinch the tiebreakers and that is exactly what Murray has done. 1 down 2 to go.

Kyrgios just needs to stay focused more I guess as he is a great talent but the attitude at times might let him down?

Surpsied to see Pospisil fight back from 2 down but good for my TFF team!

Murray will win in 3 now I reckon.

Serena and Sharapova safely through potentially setting up a semi final between the 2 as are Radwanska and Keys.
