In the Premier League with only 11,500 capacity League One stadium right here :(

Desperate for more capacity and we have ridiculous criteria required for anyone to get a ticket. It's dire because we cannot take advantage of the one massive chance we've ever had to significantly increase the fan base. Any new supporters who haven't attended enough games, perhaps kids for example, have had no chance of seeing the side play at home in recent seasons.

Theoretically there is space and foundations for an 18,000 stadium on our Dean Court site. But the disruption and time required to build it, not to mention the cost, as well as many complex planning problems to overcome first, mean that's unlikely to happen.

Was wondering what could be done to increase Dean Courts capacity as from what I can remember there's not much space behind the away end and the stand behind the goal, so would they only be able to increase the capacity where the temporary stand used to be and the main stand is?

Yes on two sides there is very little we could develop. Any capacity increase would have to come from the current temporary stand end, the main stand, and two of the corners. That's the theoretical 18k pie in the sky idea.

I reckon only developing the temporary end is realistic, but it'd be a help.
