Cardiff set to replace Le Fondre by loaning TK Rantie from us.

According to the Pacos de Ferreira president we have signed Paolo Hurtado now. Nothing from Reading yet, might have to wait a little while for the work permit.

Reading reporter also confident that Wolves is where Le Fondre is heading today.

Why the fuck are Cardiff getting rid of Le Fondre?

I'd take him over every single one of their other strikers.

Sheyi Ojo on loan to us from Liverpool it seems. Am I the only one who doesn't like loans? We have a number of very bright strikers on the verge of a breakthrough, including Bright Enobakhare. Bancessi, Bradley Reid... Given that they will always be in a sub role behind Dicko and Afobe, what does Ojo have that they don't. Yes, the obvious answer is goals, but all of those have scored.

I'd be happy with a permanent striker signing, but if it's genuinely a supporting role then I'd rather have any one of those Academy players or La Parra or Edwards.

I think were just going to build a team full of players with vowels at the end of their names.

Apparently Le Fondre is having a medical at Rovers today, was on SSN earlier.

Jonathan Douglas joining Ipswich from Brentford. Sounds like a great signing on a free.

Bit surprised at that. Thought he'd have gone to a club a bit further down the league, or even League 1.

Don't like how a lot of our players are moving on to strengthen clubs who will be rivalling us this season.

It is apparent that Adam Le Fondre is just very average now. Which is a shame because he has a cool name and seems a nice guy

Le Fondre is a class signing for Wolves, he's scored every where he's been and is a natural finisher, he struggled at Cardiff last year cos he had a shit manager and was often played out wide, you don't get many 'poachers' nowadays, managers want big strong strikers who will hold the ball up and run into channels which isn't ideal for ALF but if he's played in a 2 or simply play to his strengths he'll score goals, he's one of them players you who you don't know how good they are until they play for your team

Perfect guy to come off the bench for Wolves if they are still chasing a game. It's what he does best.

I do hope Le Fondre doesn't become the latest in a line of players who have been on loan at Bolton since relegation, played well then gone shite after theyve got their contract. Jutkiewicz, Spearing, Danns, to name a few.

I admit I like the ALF loan. And I am being consistent....the Ojo loan would benefit only him and Liverpool long term. We have done a lot of these 'loan then sign' deals.

**However**, I can see him getting pissed off being #3 and end up going somewhere else before the end of the season.

I'm thinking this isn't something you'll have to worry about, tbf.

Douglas confirmed on a free from Brentford, that'll do nicely.

Just a RB now please, Mick.

Bristol City being linked with a £2.5m move for Jesse Lingard. Going from his showings with us, that is a ridiculous sum of money.

Paul Konchesky rejected us for QPR.

Lingard deal probably won't happen.

Now a couple of Argentinian journos have linked us with Campagnaro, believe it or not.

Lawrie Wilson signs for Bolton.

No world beater but a solid signing.

Signed Adam Le Fondre on loan with a view to a permanent deal. Also signed Sheji Ojo from Liverpool on a season long loan deal.

Dallas in and Pearson has said 1 or 2 could come in - one likely to be a loan. That's good news as we keep thinking our business is done. Another couple to bulk up the squad and we could go well.

Sako ended up going to Crystal Palace after all that. Good luck to him.

Wiggins finally signs for Wednesday.

That would be a great signing if only his feet weren't made of glass.

Best of luck to him.

Thought that was a cheese.
Having said that...maybe a cheese would do the trick in midfield.
