Of course you can, Adrian put his boot through Vardys chest the other week and that was a pure accident. If he hadn't have mistimed it he'd have kicked him square in the bollocks.
McClaren obviously told them to boot Coquelin around a bit to try and wind him up. Probably a good idea to cancel that plan now, before they end up forfeiting the game.

Can't see what McClaren is moaning about, every yellow and the red justified. Needs to have a word with however many of his players are left at half time.

I don't agree, but we need better than both. I'd rather see Oxlade-Chamberlain tried as a striker than Theo, who will inevitably disappear when Newcastle drop deep.

I do, too. If he was even average at turning his marker with his back to net, he'd be an elite striker - but combine that with his athletic limitations and he's best as a second choice striker for Arsenal.

Pretty uninspiring stuff if you're a fan of either side. Newcastle fans can compare it to last season though where in a similar situation they may have totally collapsed. Arsenal still cannot kill a game off.

I only caught bits and pieces of the first 20 minutes or so but they should have been down to 9 men and we should have had a penalty. When will these fucking decisions not go against us for once? it's absolutely mind blowing. It's the same shit every week.
Anyway, happy with the three points. Still not good enough though. Big couple of days for the club with the transfer window coming to an end, thankfully. I hope we've got something big up out sleeve because we're going to need it. I don't even want to think about what's going to happen if we don't sign anybody.
Oh and I've correctly predicted all of our results so far this season in the 1FF Prediction League bar West Ham, and two of the three scorelines were spot on. Boss.

The actual sending off was debatable in itself. The second one? Give over soft lad, he stood on his foot ffs. Literally everything apart from the penalty shout went in your favour and you're still having a moan (after a win, I might add). Monreal smashes Colback and takes him out of the game... play on. Anita fairly outmuscles one of your lot with his shoulder... booking. Needs investigated that card-happy c***, corrupt as fuck.
