So after the opening games, 33 teams have already waved goodbye to the first trophy of on offer, with 63 unbeaten teams left. But which team will last the longest unbeaten?

Remember, one of the awards is The Mini Giantkiller Award (For team who knocks out team most places above them in League Ladder in League Cup).

At present, claret50 looks good for the award, with his Oxford United team knocking out Brentford, 54 places above them in the league ladder. But will a team beat that?

I must say I'm finding it hard to support a different team in the same division, but I'm pleased Bristol City got off the mark last night.

But there aren't any games being played until after the 31st that can effect the top of the table.
Points could be deducted though. I have it on good authority that both Brighton and Hull have cheated their way to the top and will be deducted points to give the mighty Tractor Boys their rightful top of the table placing back.
