Wolves accepted a bid from Fulham for Richard Stearman, confused by that as it sounds like KJ wants rid, rather than the player wanting out, was our player of the season so am a tad confused by this, especially as him and Batth are our best CB's and Batth is out injured.

Not a fan of Van La Parra, thought he showed a lot of promise when we got him, but contrary to others thoughts on him, I actually think he makes terrible decisions and his crossing is dreadful, not great for a winger, however if he is someone that is going to get a game every week for you, then he might be a different player. He was touted as someone stepping up to make a difference this season when Sako left, by Jackett, and then Jackett came out and said he was disappointed in him, or something to that effect and he has barely featured.

Now hearing Van La Parra might not be coming. Phil Hay seems to think it may be a no-goer but said earlier we were still interested in a British-based winger. Liam Moore has been mentioned for ages with a possible loan-permanent deal touted but not sure on that.

Moore used to play on loan for Brentford under Rosler, and he's been trying to get him back for ages. Can imagine if he has a chance of getting him he'll do his best.

Exactly this. Really have no idea why were letting our player of the year go for 2m (which is hardly anything these days). I'm disappointed by the lack of ambition shown so far this season, Sako leaving was always going to happen but hasn't been replaced, and now were let Stearman go.

Very frustrating, I hope KJ replaces him and doesn't just rely on academy kids as per usual.

He must have a replacement lined up - but then again, I've thought that about all our players we've let go so far.

Sadly I can see KJ just calling up another academy player. Tonight I should be happy that we've won our first home game of the season but the Stearman news has really fucked me off, and I'm guessing many other Wolves fans too.

Who can you get to replace Stearman for 2 million? Sorry but I'm starting to lose faith in Kenny Jackett with some of his decisions lately.

He's going to Fulham apparently. And you'd be dodging a bullet cause although only playing a handful of games, he looked shite.

No idea what the personal issue is, but he can hardly use the excuse of being homesick after spending a year on loan at Middlesbrough without making a fuss.

KJ said yesterday that he is selling Stearman to allow them to be able to upgrade other areas of the team. So not bringing in a direct replacement it would seem.
