we are awful .our administration don't make transfer that we need. they couldn't find a sponsor for last Türkish football league champion.Because of these , the fans are in crazy situation, and these reasons are influencing the team. Our goalkeeper Muslera ate faulty goals last two matches.we know that he is fantastic but his motivation is low.
is your goalie King Kong?

United got the fair group with PSV, CSKA and Wolfsburg. Could've been worst if we draw with the likes of Bayer, Barca. Bring it on!

amazing draw for united..PSV - is weak after depay and wijnaldum transfers out, CSKA - well, you know for sure the game won't end 0-0. Wolfsburg looks pretty, just won 3-0 vs schalke, even without de bruyne

Very happy with our group.

We're capable of beating CSKA home and away. PSV aren't as strong as last season after losing Depay and Wijnaldum. Wolfsburg will be the most difficult game, but we should beat them too. I'd be surprised if we don't top the group.

Since I'm Russian, I can say for sure it's fine draw for CSKA - and superduper for MUnited. PSV - weak (Depay & Wijnaldum out), CSKA - not a competitor for first two places, will compete with PSV for League Europe. So it's just about who'll be 1st - MU or Wolfsburg and who'll be 3rd - CSKA or PSV

Whitechapel - Perhaps this is just an oversight on your part but you forgot to start a thread for Liverpool's upcoming Champions League match. Would you mind sorting that out for us? Cheers.

I've just checked, Steven, and it has been confirmed that Liverpool are NOT taking part in this years Champions League.

Not a good night for the English teams again.

Awful injury for Luke Shaw as well.

Cristiano Ronaldo is on fire. Another hat-trick against Shaktar Donetsk, what makes eight goals in less than four days.

And how Sevilla rised on the second half of their match. M'gladbach is really not living a good phase.

They always play better second half and are a dangerous side. City will have their work cut out to qualify from their group as will Manoo.

Florenzi just scored one of the best Champions League goals I have ever seen for Roma. Ter Stegen needs to realize he's not Neuer!

Right on the touchline, just past the halfway line, and it goes in off the upper part of the right post... ridiculous.

Unlucky Rafinha, that was his first touch as well. Looks like he tore his ACL.

A day with beautiful goals from Florenzi, Muller and Willian. And despite Barcelona's dominance of the match Roma did a good job to hold them.

Really hope not, he's going to be a cracking player given the chance and not an average overated numpty like Wilshere.

Dynamo Zagrebs equalizer should not have stood against Porto.

And Gent v Lyon was a bit mental. Gent down to 10 men, go a goal down, equalize, then give a penalty away and get another red card in the 89th minute and then see Sels save Lacazettes penalty. With Zenit winning away to Valencia group H looks good.
