Eddie Hearn seems pretty positive about the Frampton - Quigg likelihood. Certainly more positive than I've seen him before anyway.

Seen some rumours that Andre Ward will be moving up and signing a 3 fight deal. He cannot make SMW anymore and it's a good thing as it looks weak now compared to when he owned the division, time to move up and challenge the monsters currently at 175. Amazing to think that the guy is only 31.

Stevenson doesn't seem to want anything to do with Kovalev at LH. Maybe Ward could have a 'warm-up' fight with someone like Pascal, then take on Stevensonbefore heading into a unification showdown with Krusher?

Problem is that Al Haymon protects all his fighters to a ridiculous degree and Stevenson since signing with him has become the most protected, an extremely padded recent record for someone tagged as supposed no.1. You only have to look at the sort associated with him like Khan, Wilder, Broner etc.

Haymon knows that Kovalev retires "Superman" if they meet and no chance of that happening while he can milk a few more defences out of his main man until Beterbiev is ready to take on the mantle. He will be fighting a title eliminator to become mandatory for the IBF belt and a win over Kovalev would give the chance of a changing of the guard between his fighters and make Beterbiev his new cash cow seeing as Stevenson is getting on now.

Yeah, Stevenson is a bitch. Would love to see Kovalev beat him up.

Fury v Wlad is cancelled for now as Wlad has an injury. Fury predicted this 2 months ago.

3:28 on here.

Shithouse. Fury gives it him and he shits it. Just like David Haye.

Feel sorry for him but I'm also not surprised. Anyone with a reputation who's going to fight him all reach a point where they think, actually this ain't worth it. They'd rather be known as the shithouse bottler than the man who lost to Tyson Fury. Despite what they'll say there's no denying Fury has rattled both Haye and Klitschko.

As expected, Buglioni outclassed by Chudinov in his world title shot.

Wilder beat that French dude who I wanted AJ to face. Wonder if he can continue to avoid Povetkin?

Buglioni showed plenty of heart, but was never really going to win was he?

As for Fury, I think he's only going to have to wait a further few weeks to get his pasting from King Wlad

The fight might not happen till Feb if Sky can't compromise on their plans.

Where did you see this?

If the delay is that long, I'd be surprised if it happened at all.

I know he is nothing to do with the fight really but I heard Eddie Hearn say he thinks it'll be January at earliest and likely Feb. He's trying to get Fury to fight on one of his cards before Xmas, which I doubt will happen.

Fury can't fight on a Hearn card as he's bound by the Klit contract.

Sky are planning to run with AJ v Whyte as PPV on Dec 12 so unless they elect to either delay AJ/Whyte or take the hit by combining them both they've not got another PPV slot till Feb.

Shit all round.

Sky are still planning to have Brook v Chaves as a PPV even though the Fury/Klitschko fight is no longer part of it.

That'll do terrible numbers.

DeGale v Lucian Bute confirmed for next month in Quebec then. That's a very good first defence of his title, but apart from the obvious payday he'll get, I'm not sure of the logic behind taking him to Bute's backyard.

Bute is overly hyped. DeGale will take him to school.

Pretty straightforward first defence for Chunky.

Bute has never recovered from being Cobra'd. DeGale is too good for him and wins that by wide decision. I'd like to see an Andre Dirrell rematch at some point as it was the highest quality fight I've seen in a long time.

Meanwhile, on Saturday this is happening.

I'm really looking forward to this. GGG is a monster but DOES get caught and Lemieux is a definite threat with his power. It should be a routine win on paper for Golovkin but Lemieux has a punchers chance. One thing is for suree, I don't think it's going to go the distance!

GGG has one of the best chins around, he regularly takes a punch to throw one but has never been in with anyone as dangerous power-wise as Lemieux so that's what makes it interesting. It's a risky fight for him because of that power and Lemieux will certainly fight fire with fire. Can't see past an early GGG KO though.

Martin Murray against Arthur Abraham 21st Nov, he's done very well to get a shot like this so early at the new weight. It's quite an even fight for me and I rate Murray but it'll need to be a dominant win in order to get the decision in Germany.

I think Murray has a great chance against Abraham. Let's be honest, Abraham is a blown up middle-weight anyway so it's not going to be a big issue.

Brook Chaves will now be on SS1 which is sensible and with Eubank Jr also fighting on the undercard, first one since signing with Hearn. The fights coming up on Sky in the run up to Xmas are really good.

Golovkin becoming mainstream? With Mayweather gone and Manny shortly following, maybe the US finally realise he can be the next PPV superstar of the sport.

Not suspicious at all. Definitely nothing to do with PPV. Will definitely not be fighting on Dec 12th PPV card at the O2.
