Well, this getting the No.1 pick isn't going well! Raiders were awful, Lions didn't even need to be half decent. Raiders basically played in the 3rd quarter, the rest they may as well not have turned up. Run D was very good again, O was better - seemed to remember Calvin Johnson can catch balls in double coverage.
Got a great safety as well - Ansah held (actually an attempted garrotting) in the endzone while rushing Carr. Raiders, according to the comms came into the game giving up 2nd least sacks - that would mainly appear to be because as soon as one block was broken Carr just chucked the ball towards the first player he saw, he certainly got hit plenty of times.
Onto Thanksgiving, somehow the Eagles gave up 45 points at home to Tampa, lets hope they're as kind on Thursday.

One quarter down only real highlight has been a couple of Brady's audibles being picked up on the microphone.
Other than that the Pats running game has been utter garbage. Our D has pretty much done their job especially Mayo who looks back to his old self. Other than that our coverage in the kicking game has been decent too.
Bills showing signs of getting in their own way again with penalties but some good D from them overall.

For 29 minutes this had the same feeling as that divisional round playoff game with Jets a few years back when Rex confused the hell out of Brady and B'OB. One blown assignment at the end from the Bills and got a lead we probably don't deserve. That said the Bills have done precious little offensively either.
I don't think Rex was too thrilled at the end of the half of their by the way he was throwing his headset around.

Thankfully got the win but that is one of the weirdest games I can remember. Complete fuck up by the officials blowing dead a catch by Amendola when Brady was well in bounds.
Buffalo can thank Rex and his appalling clock management as a significant part why they lost that.
Suspect our unbeaten run comes to an end in Denver Sunday. Just too many injuries to cope with, hopefully Amendola is nothing serious.

Still think Kelly needs another year, and be judged after the 2016 reg season.
2x 10 win seasons gives a lot of leeway to do things his way, and this is the first season with the hugely reshapen team. Plus, no scheme will make an effective QB out of Sanchez. Seems like no-one really won/lost the Bradford/Foles trade thus far, though potentially if Kaepernick exits the 9ers the Eagles could be in theory a good fit...

I wouldn't fire him either - if you're handing a franchise over to a chap whose MO involves trying to do things a bit differently you gotta let it play out properly, I think. But a couple more goes round like Sunday and I'm not sure there'll be much space left for that sort of rationality.

Yeah would have been nice, without checking think there aren't that many teams left who haven't played over here. I guess the problem for Green Bay coming over is obviously they won't give up a home game (not even sure if they're allowed as part of their ownership/stadium deal etc). Even as the away team it's difficult as realistically I doubt any of the divisional rivals would allow it and for the others Green Bay are just very good box office appeal. Shad Khan apparently said when the Jags were due to play Green Bay that game would be staying in Jacksonville after he took a lot of heat for giving up the Cowboys game last year.
Yeah it's unlikely. As well as the reasons you say, Packers fans in the US are seemingly everywhere - there's always a vocal presence and cheers at every away game. Those teams that don't sell out know that hosting the Packers means they'll sell more tickets than a usual home game.
I suppose also, it's not like these IS games don't fill the rafters. Frankly, right now the NFL doesn't need a Packers game to put bums on seats in London either.
