Kidderminster weren't as bad as I expected but zero attacking threat whatsoever. Then again neither did we. Thank God for Amond, we'd be nowhere near as high without him. Decent position in the table atm too, just need to keep winning and we'll hopefully catch up to the other two.

Why?
Nantwich are one league below us (and top of it) and are the top goalscorers in England, I wasn't surprised at all that they beat our out of form, low on confidence, mishmash of a team.
No wins in 6 for us now - if we don't beat FC United next week then Young should go quite frankly.

Level with Singh I think, who is twice the striker that Styche is, unfortunately he's spent most of the season injured.

Has Styche featured at all for you? I think Hockaday is just trying to get rid of him.

Couple of sub appearances, nothing more. Put himself about though in his limited game time and made the 2nd goal against Bromley last week.

Nuneaton 2-0 Alfreton.

Shit place.. Shit team. Shit weather Shit out of luck. Nuneaton were woeful today yet we contrived to gift them a penalty and a Matt Duke howler added a second. We hit the post and had two efforts cleared superbly off the line. Just wasnt our day at all.

Thats it now for cup competitions. The fight against the relegation start now with a long trip to Lowestoft next week. A fight unfortunately we will lose.

Wayne Bradley has transformed this football club and I will be eternally grateful. But he is now a liability. The status quo cannot remain

A bit sick for us to lose that today really, had 0-0 written all over it and then an own goal pretty much out of nowhere, it's just our luck to be honest.

We were really quite good for the first 30 minutes or so, Shaw had one cleared off the line and then hit the post on the follow up, following that Hannah burst through but screwed an effort wide. After that though it went steadily downhill and the game as a whole became more and more drab. Neither side really did enough to win but Gateshead just had a bit of luck on their side. Overall, they look a shadow of their former selves, complete contrast to go from Mills to Aspin, with Crosby briefly sandwiched in between.

Terribly underwhelmed by Hattersley signing in midweek but he put in a good shift to be honest, won everything in the first half before tiring on the heavy pitch in the second, I suppose he hasn't many minutes recently to be fair. Definitely promise in his performance and could be a good foil for Hannah.

Recommend Deva Chat again tonight, we're going down again apparently. I mean, honestly, I've never been as embarrassed by our own fan base as I am right now. Laughing stock.
