Speaking of Oldham and masterclass Howard do you remember my masterclass at Boundary Park in November 2012? What a result that was and a great performance. Remember walking to the away end punching my fist in the air at full time to celebrate a great win. Fans roared at me in celebration and chucked bouquets of flowers onto the pitch.
What a night that was apart from for a group of unfortunate fans who had pre ordered taxis back to Bury but as I recall the police told them they were not allowed to get the taxis back to Bury and stopped them and made them wait for more taxis. This deprived them of valuable drinking time. I actually constructed a letter of complaint to GMP after that but received no reply.

Pathetic!

Thats the one, I will be at Oldham away so we will be able to discuss the police incompetency along with my winning brand of football and my new book discussed earlier in the thread. Should be an interesting day. Wonder if Flitcroft will start one up front for the relegation six pointer at Boundary Park like he did last saturday. It will be even more stupid if he starts 37 year old Ryan Lowe on right wing.
At least when I played with one up front and played players out of position I had a justified excuse as I inherited a garbage squad and the financial crisis caused me to have to release players leaving me with a sparse squad, wonder what Flitcroft's excuse is.

Literally can't decide. Was originally saying Bury and then taxi to Oldham but only likely to be 5 of us and 2 live in town and they are now suggesting town then met. If a few of you are talking about being in Mid, Bury or heywood then I'd be tempted to back that. I've asked the sex pest to PM as well on my fan page to see what his plans are. If we got a met from town we could pre ring taxis en route to take us to the Rifle Range then pre ring taxis after the game to take us back to Bury. What do you think?

Made a speech on my fan page (don't know if you saw it) but I was basically saying that we need to move on as the most important thing is staying in league one now. The next three games are lost without a ball being kicked and then Colchester at home will be a draw at best, we are in serious serious trouble.

I am indeed travelling to Coventry. I have a book signing at Waterstones then into Cov for some shandy.
A supporter asked the question on my fan page and ill quote it - 'Why I am even bothering to turn up is beyond me. I am expecting at least three players to be played out of position, the useless Pugh to start and three dreadful substitutions. Cov are in poor form but will end their run on saturday absolutely no doubt about it. I am putting a bet on 5-0 Coventry just to ease the pain. Saturday's defeat will make it 11 defeats, 4 wins and 3 draws from the last 18 games. Pathetic!'
