Fleet have a very strong home record so not the worst result if it stays like this, especially having heard some of the other scores - Kings Langley and Chalfont are losing, St Ives are 0-0 at HT Royston were pegged back at North Greenford to 1-1 and no word from Egham who are at Potters Bar (neither club seems to be bothered to tweet today).

That said things are highly likely to change against us in the other games.

edit: Late update of 0-0 for Egham, so none of our rivals winning at HT!

To be fair, the penno decision has been described as baffling by even your own commentators. He is givinh free kick after free kick against you, but no bookings and can't get a handle on the game. He is also so inept he fucked up the kick off at the start of the second half.

Diamonds running out of time here. Quite a few good chances but just not finding the breakthrough. Elsewhere Kings Langley have taken the lead. As best as can be told by twitter they are the only rivals that will gain points on us as things stand right now.

From this no racism was ever officially complained about or proven. Pennock even rang Town fans due to his embarassment at your players.

Fleet sounded decent, but Diamonds seemed to have enough to win it in the second half, all except for putting the ball in the net. The 90th min penalty appeal was apparently a complete stonewall foul.

It could be worse, only 3 sides have gone there and won despite their league position. It will still feel like 2 points dropped on what is looking like a day when we could have pulled a little clear. Instead it's relatively static. From the rest of the top 5 Kings Langley move in to 2nd on their own as they won and St Ives lost to drop down. Royston drew 1-1 and Chalfont lost 2-0, but the real damage comes from Egham getting a late winner against Potters Bar in the 94th min. Could have done with one of those ourselves.
