The McEachran situation still baffles me to be honest. I've never seen a player put in such a high level of performance at 17 years old only to then fall of the map by 21. It's like his growth spurt completely changed his style and he couldn't adjust.

That is something that could suit us, Kane/Vardy with Rooney and Sterling in behind

Assuming the midfield three isn't Henderson, Milner and Shelvey

It'll be the same as always. The "best" players will be shoehorned into the side at the expense of balance.

Strikers are giving Roy a headache

Vardy, Kane and Rooney deserve to go

Can you trust Sturridge? is Welbeck as good as the others? If one of Vardy or Kane misses out for either I'd say its pretty harsh

It is good to have these options, selecting 4 will be tough.
Walcott and Sterling will be the utility forwards

Welbeck would be taken primarily as a winger/wide forward I assume. I can only see Sterling being ahead of him in that position.

A hint at who is heading to the Euros? 12 players suited up, I doubt they take part in this shoot if they were then omitted from the squad. Players are: Hart, Smalling, Walker, Barkley, Kane, Alli, Shelvey, Bertrand, Cahill, Gibbs, Lallana and Jones.

Be interesting to see, fitness permitting, how many of those 12 do make the squad.

Which of the 12 do you honestly see missing out? Obviously, most of them are locks anyway, but with some of the marginals, they are regulars under Hodgson and when he likes a player, its hard for him to drop that obsession with them. I think Shelvey could well go over Dier because he's older, more experienced and has more England experience. Lallana is a utility player that Hodgson has selected before. Walker, well we don't have any RB depth after Clyne, so he gets in. Bertrand and Gibbs, no major issues, Shaw would probably be ahead of them but for his injury. Jones, well again, we have no CBs behind Stones, Cahill and Smalling, so he probably goes as a CB/RB option. I don't see most of those 12 missing out tbh.

As for Dier, when was this? Back in 2011?
