I don't think Martin is anything special, he's got dynamite in his hands though. It's the easiest title fight out there, I do wonder whether it's a couple fights too soon for him though.

So the winner of Khan vs Canelo is mandated to face GGG. Just imagine Khan getting that fight.

Khan has a legit chance at beating Canelo with his footwork. GGG can just cut the ring off for Khan, something Canelo won't be as good at. I give Khan 5 rounds tops against GGG.

Genuine worries about Khans life if he gets in with GGG.

Canelo v GGG is one I'd love to see though, I think Canelo takes that fight. Couldn't call which way it would go though!

GGG KO's Khan when they touch gloves at the start.

Only a few days away from the big one. When the fight was made I had the thought of Frampton as a points winner but the more I think about it, I can equally see a scenario where Quigg knocks him spark out. I'm now 50-50 on this and Frampton appears to me to be more nervous than Quigg.

Frampton is unorthordox with power in both hands. Draws on Quiggs record with Salinas and Munroe look bad, and he does strike you as one-dimensional and unable to change it up when things aren't going to plan. Quigg was lucky to come out of the Salinas fight without an L. You can say that Frampton's knock downs vs Gonzalez last fight looked poor (got put down with a shot... then put down with the same shot later?) but I think that was more to do with the fact it was Frampton's first fight in America and he abandoned his usual counter punch style to try and push the fight and look good to the American public.

Frampton by UD for me, or possibly a late KO. Rigondeaux at ring side wanting the winner, and he dismantles both tbh

I think Frampton is the best in the division next to Rigondeaux, after watching Rigo get dropped a couple times I think there's a few question marks surround his chin. If he can land one then Rigo could be in all sorts of bother, it's just a case of landing because Rigo is just absolutely immense.

As for the weekend, I can't look past a Frampton points win.

Only thing going against Rigo is his age. Rumours that he's at least 4 years older than what he pertains to be. Summit do with amateur age rules, loads of Cuban guys pretend they're younger. Would make Rigo 39/40.

The Jackal to win comfortably on points or late stoppage.

He's too slick by half for Quigg, and a Frampton fight would be a stylistic nightmare and bore the tits of folks

Cannot wait for tomorrow. Manchester is a brilliant fight city and the place will be rocking all day. First fight I've been to for about 9 months so really got the itch.

Will be a cracker, shame the undercard is shite. Was inevitable I guess once Hearn turned all his previous undercard fighters into the main event.

Frampton will win this but I can see it going the distance. Too much style and technique, Quigg is just a hitter.

Frampton's fans are going to take over the arena if the weigh in is anything to go by. Both fighters looked drained, especially Quigg I thought. If there is to be a rematch it would be at featherweight surely.

Ive seen the weigh in and it sounded like 70/30 in favour of Quigg tbf, although it will be more 50/50 in the arena tomorrow i reckon. Im surprised nobody is backing Quigg to beat him, i think Quigg will knock him out around the 5th i reckon.

Would love to watch the fight but 16.95 with that undercard is a disgrace.

Might buy a UFC pass for the first time and stream the frampton/quig fight.

Yeah I thought they looked really gaunt. Hopefully it's just a weigh in thing and they will have re-hydrated and put some back on before the fight.

Frampton always looks like he's about to die after a weight-cut, he should be fighting a weight class heavier I think. He's a bit too muscular for this division.

Our wee Carl on points. Don't really mind which way it goes, not a huge fan of fights at this weight class as you rarely get legitimate knockouts, but hopefully it's not one-sided. Frampton did not look good in his last fight, but as mentioned above he was desperate to show he was marketable to the US audience. He failed in that regard, but a win over Quigg would give him another chance to impress in Vegas.

Apparently Silva vs Bisping is on BBC3. I have no idea why they decided to put these fights on at the same time. UK fight fans shuld get a chance to watch probably the greatest of all-time beat up Bisping, but I assume everyone will be watching Frampton vs Quigg.

EDIT: ah, balls. Looks like they are just offering commentary/live reaction and video highlights. BBC Sport website got my hopes up.

I had Frampton to win but I didn't think it would be this one-sided. Quigg is getting outclassed, which is making this a real boring fight to watch.

I disagree. Frampton had the first few rounds (not by a lot) but quigg is definitely showing a bit more in the last two.

Quigg got that all wrong, he was six rounds down by the time he got started. Far too cautious. How that judge had him up by three is beyond me.

I had that by a round to Frampton. Quigg will be kicking himself. I had him winning 5 consecutive rounds from 7-11.

One thing is for sure, Rigo wipes the floor with either.

Neither would fight Rigo. He's too good for his own good. Both looked like they struggled with the weight

Missed the fight. Sounds like Frampton cruised the fight though. Quigg too cautious and Carl never really had to go up a few gears.

Was the fight shit?

Bit of a naff fight, had Frampton 7-5. Quigg started far too slowly and was always chasing the fight.

Frampton is mustard though.
