Looks like you'll have to look elsewhere I'm gonna keep suggesting Danny Rowe you'd get him for half of what you'd have to spend to sign Akinde.

Tbh, Rowe's a NW boy. I can't see him moving from there. 3 year contract, decent money, FT football and scoring goals for fun.

If he moves, I imagine it'll be because a NW based FL Clubs has a nibble. A Rochdale, Bury, Oldham type.

Rumour on our forum that we might be about to sign Jermaine Hylton on loan from Swindon. Played under Coops at Swindon and recommended him to Lockwood when Guiseley signed him on loan earlier this season.

Bit of a meh, this one tbh. Doesn't seem to have torn up many trees at Guiseley.

He suffered an injury after 3/4 games with us and went back to Swindon to manage his treatment. I've just read that Swindon have recalled him now he's fit again! Disappointed is an understatement

Hylton was brilliant against us,not sure if we were that crap or he was good.
Him and MILLER best I've seen in conference this season.
On the plus side this is a massive loss to Guiseley who didn't look the same team without him.

Chairman also confirmed last weekend we've held preliminary talks over extending the Cowleys deals.

Apparently we're signing Charlie Cooper back on loan from Birmingham. Hardly the most surprising signing if we do. Didn't play a single minute during his last loan spell here under Pennock. Reckon he might get more playing time this time round.
