come on then who do we want.

Easy one for me Tranmere all day long, only an hour away and always enjoy games vs them. Always seems to abit of tension in the air vs the plastic scousers.

As for FGR, they sound horrendous, another Fl££twood I'm guessing.

Not overly arsed as we played FGR in the cup 5 seasons back so done both grounds.

FGR is an odd one... don't know if it was my sat nav at the time but went down a single track road and it said the ground was a few hundred yards away then it appears next to a farm! Good little set up and footballing wise probably deserve a crack at the FL however Tranmere are a proper league club and should be in the FL.

Competitiveness wise I'd expect Tranmere to cause more problems.

I'd prefer if you guys took FGR, just because Tranmere will bring more away fans next season. We aren't looking at a title push so I don't care that they'll be competitive!

Anyone but the veggies, even though I think Tranmere need to spend another couple of seasons down there.

At least Tranmere are a real club rather than a multi-millionaires plaything.

From a forum point of view, you either get WUM's or defensive posters (not all).

I think the FGR lot here and pretty sound. They take the all the flak they get in good humour.

Mind, we've got used to Accrington and Morecambe, and they aren't any bigger than forest green

It's just hitting home what an absolute pile of shit L2 will be like. Thank fuck Coventry are down here, too - about the only decent fixture.

No offence, guys!

my car broke down in some shitty side-steet in tranmere, due to a punctured tyre
after jacking up the offending wheel and removing the flat tyre...some scally jumped into the
front passenger seat and started to remove the radio.
"what the fuck do you think you're doing ??" i exclaimed in a state of surprise..
"well..if your nicking the wheels...then i'm having the radio...alright??!!"

Tranmere will be a bigger threat in this league if they come up, but still I'd prefer them to Forest Gump. Decent away ground, not too far, pub right outside the away end.

None taken, it's a reciprocal deal. Can't see many being in delighted rush to get to Swindon or port vale.

hi localhero..welcome

Cheers. Fingers crossed I'll be changing the link on my Chrome favourites bar from the non-league to league two section this time next week.

Tranmere are a proper football team. What is a Forest Green Rover?

Tranmere please. FGR are just a bankrolled club that can't even do that properly, losing over £5 million in two seasons and still can't win the title says it all.

Plus the FGR posters on here with the exception of one or two are worse than the Woking ones!

FGR all day long, in a lovely part of the country so a good away day with the kids.

I couldn't give a monkeys how much cash they have spent, any Barnet fan with knowledge of our history under Flashman in the late 80s know that we bought ourselves into the league only for the authorities to catch up with us.

Neither, preferably.

Tranmere if their fans can miraculously lose the chip-off-their-shoulder syndrome, although I appreciate that may be difficult being the Coors Light version of Scousers.

Who in their right mind would want that bank rolled, artificial non-entity driven by a weird egomaniac in the Football League? I mean I live 25 miles from their ground and I hope they never come up. 6 miles from the nearest train station, 1 mile up a massive hill from the nearest town and bourgeois Nailsworth just doesn't have the attraction of Prenton's finest working class pubs with their cheap pints.

As a proud Woolyback I show solidarity with my Tranmere brethren to end their exile but you just know they'll "do a Tranmere" and fuck it up...

Might be getting gentrified like the rest of the Cotswolds but it's an old mill town and the football club is one of the few things the working class have left round here, thank you very much.
