I know it's not as important as the Premier League, but I figured we might as well have one for the rest of Europe.

Neymar to PSG is probably nonsense, but Emery has commented on them trying to get it done. I still think it's probably contract play and that PSG are just being used, but this transfer is supposed to cost £220m or something which is nuts.

Also AC Milan signing everyone and their brother is quite interesting.

Milan have truly gone for it, haven't they? I've been hoping they'd get back some of their old shine and return to the European elite for years but I'm not sure this is the way they'll do it. I'll be watching them with interest next season regardless.

They've lost Di Sciglio to Juve though for 12 million euros.

It'll be fascinating to see if PSG do pull this off, how serious they are about it, and how serious Neymar is. Of course it might be Neymar wanting more money at Barca / PSG pulling a publicity stunt for their own marketing and ego purposes.

It would be quite amusing after all the noise around the Premier League's inflated spending, for PSG to just smash it all out the park.

Milan have signed Musacchio, Rodriguez, Silva, Borini, Calhanoglu, Donnarumma's brother, Bonucci, and Biglia!

Was the brother bit on purpose?

On the contrary, I reckon their signings have been quite reasonable and that they're building something instead of going mad with money. A CL without Milan is simply not the same. Also, Juve are bored alone at the top.

Neymar? Yeah that'd be pretty frigging awesome.

I was referring more to the numbers they are bringing in rather than the money they are spending - the fees have hardly been exorbitant.

Good luck to them.

Hate to see Hakan Calhanoglu playing for an italian club (OK, I hated it when he played for Bayer, too :D ). Damn, he once played for the mighty HSV and now this....Bayer and AC Milan.... step for step downwards ;)

Do you think if Neymar goes to PSG it may cause a chain reaction with Coutinho heading to Barcelona? Hopefully not being a LFC fan haha

I would think they would probably look at a similar forward like Dembele or Dybala. Wouldn't have expected Dybala to move but if Neymar does go, then almost anything is possible this summer.

PSG in for both Neymar and Alexi Sanchez, Guardian report they are "increasingly confident" of completing both!

We'll probably get heavily for paying in excess of 200M for Neymar but oh well.
Sanchez, I'd really like.

Sell Di Maria on and play a 4-3-3 with Cavani in between Neymar and Sanchez or keep him and play a 4-2-3-1 with Neymar, Di Maria and Sanchez behind Cavani? Or something else?

Either way, it's frightening.

And I've forgotten Draxler - perhaps even Cavani should be worried about his position.

Doesn't matter who is playing for PSG, exit is Quarterfinal/Semifinal of the CL. Natural Law like Arsenal get thrashed by Bayern in the knockout stages of the CL.

Apparently Sanchez to PSG isn't happening now.

Speaking of Bayern thrashings:
16/17: 8-0
15/16: 5-0
14/15: 8-0

Apparently Sanchez to PSG isn't happening now.
Ah well.

Thanks for not mentioning the 9-2 of 12/13, the 5-0 of 11/12 and the 6-0 of 10/11 ;)

Yeah, another Natural Law!

Marca reckon that Real and Monaco have reached an agreement for the transfer of Mbappe. The fee is supposedly around £160m/€180m.

Not exactly a highlight of world football. But Hajduk signed a guy who spent three years in prison for forcing a man to copulate with a power socket.

Surely selling Benzema/Bale to fund that if its true; mind you they did get £70 mill off Chelsea for Morata so its maybe not so much of a big step from there.

This must have some kind of repercussion on Benzema's role I would think, given the fee involved.

An article a month ago said that Bale would be sold if Mbappé was signed as a sign of faith by Zidane to let Mbappé have some game time as soon as he arrives. I've heard this rumour a lot today but no credible source has confirmed it. However, if Real do sign Mbappé, I do hope they send him on loan for 17/18 in order for him to prepare in a more peaceful environment (let's face it, Monaco offers this more than RM) for Russia.

Not bad if you can get it. Looks like its on this one, and as much as I've liked him at Barca, he needs to move if he wants to grow and potentially become the best in the world.

Ryad Boudebouz to Real Betis for 7.5mill. Unless West Ham pull their finger out.

So Neymar is certain to go to PSG, and Mbappe just now decides to request a transfer from Monaco. I don't know what that means, but it might be linked.

Also Milan now going after Diego Costa. I'd rather they spent the money on Belotti to be honest.

They're obviously linked heavily to Coutinho but I'd have thought a better bet would be Hazard if they want a premier league player. Mbappe is the big name of the moment though.
