Notts are a very impressive outfit under Williams. As an outsider can see Ruben and Macauley staying with them. The season just gone was like no other. A draw felt like a loss because of how relentless Notts were. Congrats Notts, into the breach together ; )

Haven’t got a problem with this personally . The more chat the better . Interested to see how Notts recruit and then do this season . Do they have a lot of players already tied down ? That can be one of the biggest issues when coming down . Having a lot of well paid pros on 2 and 3 year deals .

I dont know how but its happened again. The same as last season. I dont know if the defense work their backsides off all season and by March they realise the strikers cant hit a barn yard door with a banjo and give up. Goalless draws turn into losses and then the home form even crumbles a bit...

A good start for us although still some questions about how we will deal against the sides who sit back and look and play a more robust game, perhaps. Couldnt ask for much more really. Better than expected.

Just seems to be the way we do things. Neglected up front for a few years or so now. I think the budget allocation is back & midfield heavy and thus leaves us less to play with up top.

Some good players signed but still going to be lacking width and cutting edge going forward imo. We cant afford a third season with one of the lowest goal tallies in the league. Could do with a player who can cover both centre back and full back.

I honestly think Chester will be well clear of danger. Funny old game and all that though. I think Dagenham or Tranmere will win it. Quite a lot of continuity there and strong squads.
