Unlucky Salford, at the last, pushed us all the way but I think we deserved it at the end. We made way more, and better chances but not only that we are after all a proper club with real fans, whereas you are at heart an Evo Stik North side with 100 fans which has been propelled way beyond its level and thrown its very soul into the dustbin along the way. Fuck you. :bdick:

Why bite to him and why is our past club relevant to this season, league, playoff, etc...
we are also debt free. We're in a very healthy situation so bit of a stupid point.

to be fair DSL, this league is pretty much split 50/50 long before today and your lot, like Curzon, Telford, Gainsborough, FCUM, BPA, Boston...maybe Nuneaton......we are already just planning on making sure we survive and have a wild hope of top half.
Yeah. There was two divisions in one really with the top and bottom half this year. Real chance it could be a similar story next season

To all the people questioning our style of play, I don't care how we play, as long as we win

You, us, Salford, Darlington & Stockport all play the same way. We hoof it as far as we can and run after it. That's what I call football. :bdick:

Josh Falkingham has left us for Harrogate Town. The lure of full time football.

Raj Singh has also withdrawn his offer of investment, after negative reaction on social media. Martin Gray now considering his position. What the hell did they expect - this is the man who left us to die 5 years ago. Never a dull moment following us.

Worcester City have opted to drop down to Step 5 after relegation.

Could be a final nail in the coffin for them, no ground in Worcester lost some big attendances from the North. Can't see them making their way back up quickly.

Martin Gray considering his position is the most shocking thing about all that. Why?

Martin was the one who went out and found Raj in the first place. He believes we cannot meet his aspirations of returning to the FL without external investment. Since the fans rejected Singh. Or more accurately he pussied out before we had the chance to reject him. Thus Martin is considering whether the club has the ability to meet his ambition.

Martin is a talented manager no doubt and he has brought lots of success to the club. He would not be without lots of other offers. But the truth is that no one person is bigger than the club. If he chooses to leave it is of his own doing we thank him for his service and we find the next manager to bring DFC success.

I hope he stays he is a talented manager but time will tell.

Maybe a blessing in disguise singh not been involved. If he bailes out over comments on social media how would be cope with chants on the terraces if club had a bad season. Something not right about his involvement and the other mystery investor

The football rollercoaster analogy was invented for us and Darlington. 90 years of abject failure, booted out of the League twice, gone bust, win FA Trophy. First home and away games in Football League against each other. I strongly suspect we may have been separated at birth. What does it say on your birth certificate? :bdick:

Yep, good luck both sides in final and hope game is decided fairly.

Even though Halifax are at home I think pressure may be on Chorley here. For me if Fax fail they will challenge next season, if Chorley fail I am unsure if they will........so think this may be their now or never

I'll tell you considering he'll start banging on about how he's come from fleetwood and they're tinpot etc...

Charles has been great on the whole so far. Can go missing in certain games and for long periods of time but can come up with something special. 100% a flair player but you need them because they're game winners. His best game was at Harrogate and he was absolutely sensational. Got a goal and two assists but should have had another assist. Fingers crossed he doesn't fuck up the playoff final as I've heard he did for you last year.

Cheers Ben. I don't know about fuck up the final. He should of passed to Rowe who was unmarked for an open net but chose to be greedy instead. These things happen. I disappointed when he left us. He was a great young player. I don't blame him one bit for going to fleetwood but he went to there development squad and I think he probably knows now he would of been far better staying with us and playing every week

Why would he go out and find Singh when, presumably, he'll know what went on before?!

Can we have Adam Morgan back if you lot are going to p*ss money away leaving him on the bench.

If Curzon had Morgan and warburton we'd have a chance of top 5.....well and Bankruptcy also.
