Ours went on sale this morning and people were queuing out first thing.

What's the rush?!
Don't they know the bandwagon is now over?
Apparently they were still serving people gone 6pm, it's crazy!
People have never queued halfway round the ground for season tickets on the first day of sales to my knowledge ever!

You do realise that by charging away fans £21 when the terrace price is £18 is against the league rules. If you dont offer any terracing to away fans you are supposed to charge the terrace prices for the seats.
Wrexham get round this by allowing home fans to sit behind the goal which is three quid cheaper than the main stand in which away fans are housed. My personal opinion is that the league should insist that away fans are offered the same cheapest as home fans regardless if they are terraces or seats. Had countless arguments with Wrexham fans that go round in circles about this.

Within three days FGR had two away games in London.
On Saturday we were entertained by D & R who charged me £15 (OAP concession) for entry plus another 50p to drink in their bar.
Sutton United (one of the friendliest clubs around) charged me £8 and free access to bar.
Their programme ( a good read) cost £2.50p. Excellent value.

You're going to love paying £23.00 plus another quid for the Supporters' Club at Orient, then.

That stand behind the goal suddenly becomes more expensive when they give it to Tranmere! Snidey feckers.

Queued halfway round the ground again today! Crazy!
Rang up to order mine, 5 minute job although even in the family stand area it's selling quickly!
Apparently one person bought 23! Lots of people are buying in groups as loads of newbies want them.
Someone needs to tell them we've never done back to back promotions in the club's history!

We both are but we've underachieved for pretty much the whole 35 years I've watched them.
When I first went in the early 80s we were challenging for a place in the old second division love to be back at that level again.

Decent, you're a bigger club than many in League 2 - exciting times for you guys! I just hope we join you...

I hope you do too, purely so you are out of the way for next season. Because if you dont go up this year you will next

Our £99 season ticket offer has been extended until the end of May. We've sold over 1000, apparently.

I've got my ST seat reserved until mid-June, so I'm not overly bothered, but bollocks to queuing for 5 hours to try and move seats to where the rest of my 'lot' have gone and find out there's no space.

I'm just going to risk a single seat being available near them and if not, being on my tod next season.

You'd imagine there are a lot of ST holders like me just waiting seen as their seats are reserved until mid-June and assuming most of those renew, that'll be circa 3,200.

These last 7 months have all been very bizarre attendance wise.

Is there seriously no appropriate thread in the League 2 forum for all the Lincoln ST sales news? If not, can't you boys start one?

You need to update your bookmarks, people!

Impressive sales from Lincoln. I think the most we have ever sold was 4,500 when we were in the Championship.

The season isn't over, we're still a non-league team.

Very good.

We've missed a huge trick on announcing our prices today. Given that our last four home crowds (including Saturday, which was obvious) have been 2,000+ with our last sub 1,000 being back in December on a Tuesday night against Gosport, £280 (£270 early bird, ridiculous) is pretty daft. We had just under 300 ST holders this season so a reduction in the price would have seen that push towards a thousand, but no, we even fuck that up!

Given the ticket fiasco for the play off final, and the fact the capacity is being reduced further with the Ploughend being knocked down, I was planning on getting one as we could end up with plenty of 2,000+ crowds (capacity reduced to 2,500 ish I think) but I'm not sure now.

Matchday price has risen from £12 to £14 (U12s free with an adult) which I don't mind. Still one of the cheapest in the league.

I seem to remember being told last year the league minimum was £15, probably just an excuse to get a few extra quid out of us but oh well.

I'm not sure that's ever been the case, to be honest. I believe Fylde are charging less too.

We'll still get the decent crowds as I said before, but we certainly missed a trick with the ST prices IMO. With the capacity down to 2,600 or so while work on the ploughend is done, I'm expecting plenty of 2,000+ crowds with our crowds already on the up and the visits of Dover, Maidstone, Orient, Tranmere, Hartlepool, etc.

Have to pay £210 for my conf north Curzon one....they thought on a 100 quid deal to grow club but couldn't afford to.

We've seen with Eastleigh, Sutton and now Maidenhead and Woking that they've probably tripled their ST numbers with lower prices.

Surely even if you only double them (although I reckon you'd do better than that), it's worth lowering it to build a bigger fan base? This is what has slightly annoyed me with us. We had just under 300 ST holders this year, we'll probably get about 4-500 this year with the new interest alone. Would probably have doubled (maybe even tripled) if we'd have done a promotion like the others mentioned above. Even £150- £200 would have seen a bigger increase.
