That was coming, not taking anything away from Alty but I think anyone would have walked away with three points against us today. Completely injury savaged and knackered. Ended up with a striker and winger in the middle of midfield!
No, not anyone.

Our board has messed up 3 years hard work in 3 months.

That was atrocious today. Don't think I have ever witnessed a spell of 5 minutes of self-destruction like that at Edgar Street before.

Through to the next round of the FA Cup and promotion chasing teams dropping points left, right and centre.

Great day to be a County fan.

No fluke either absolutely obliterated them. Happy days! Sunderland would be a money spinner with their away following, they took about 1,200 down to Plymouth.

Good day for the bottom zone, well apart from Hereford who are dropping like a stone through water.

Gary Stopforth (our engine) was out today and it showed.
That's how I'd have described him during his first spell at Edgeley Park, however after he came back from Aus he was largely anonymous. Glad to hear he's back to his old form, lots of people 'round here have time for him, great character

Our 2 Gary's ~~ Stopforth and Roberts have largely bossed midfield this season, but without Stopforth we had to resort to balls pumped up to Desieruvwe, and he was poor yesterday (again).

Telford have reported Chester to the league, accusing them of making an illegal approach for Adam Dawson

Said at the time thought it odd for Hereford to sack their manager when they did. I guess it's easy with hindsight, but really isn't working out well for them...

Alfreton have a huge trio of games coming up that will shape our season.

November 17th Nuneaton H
November 20th Leamington H
December 1st Hereford FC A

Seems the game at Edgar Street will be huge for both sides!

3-0 full time.
I didn't want Beadle to leave, in polls I saw after it was around 80/20 against the decision but after it happened we needed to get the next appointment right. It has been awful since.

Beadle had 9 games in charge, Richards has been in charge for 7 games so far.

Take the 3 points now, no need for the wasted trip.

Battled well for a point tonight, put under some pressure at times but didn't really look like conceding.

Thank fook this quick cluster of games are nearly out of the way, we're completely injury savaged and knackered.

Not sure what happened with Dawson. Didn't even know we'd signed him till he came on as a second half substitute. Played ok. He's scored against us for three different teams I think. Doesn't seem to settle anywhere for long though. I doubt Bern and Jonno would have played him if it wasn't sanctioned by the league. I think they're too cute for that.

How long has the Richards and Harris dream team got left at Hereford now? Have they blamed the board for a lack of finance yet and used the usual "it is what it is and we are where we are" buzz lines? Assume it's still 3,5,2 regardless of result/performance and generally hoof ball?

Yes to pretty much all of those questions. Went to 4 at the back yesterday and still got hammered.

Beadle had 9 games, one of which was a county cup tie. Marc & Tim have had 6 games so far including one FA cup tie. Harris has been about for the last 11 games.

The board have fucked up, big time and need to admit they made a mistake. Lowest Crowd since reform last night and it will only get worse.

I was reading Hereford supporters clashed with their own players at the end of Tuesday night's match. It's a shame after all the success coming through the leagues it's come to this.

Doesn't help like with 3 points from the last ten games, I'm not surprised the fan's are baying for blood. The board have got a lot to answer for over the current situation at the club.

Hey FU, all is not lost especially visiting Blackwell Meadows on Saturday. It's not a fortress that's for sure we tend to struggle at this ground, loathe the place.

Is your club fan-owned or is it largely the same board who managed the old Hereford?

It's a little complex. 5 people own put in 50k each and own 10% of the club, with the supporters trust owning around 30ish% and will buy 50% of the club over the first 5 years. On the board, we have 4 HFC directors and 3 directors from the trust. No one involved with the board of the old Hereford United is involved with Hereford FC.

OK, well at least it looks like your board/owners have the interests of your club at heart, but I suppose even at fan-owned clubs not everyone makes the right decisions, and there can be in-fighting if people in charge don't agree with each other. I hope your form picks up and you stay in the NLN and just two divisions from being back in the FL, it was nice breezing through the divisions but a challenge was always going to come sooner or later. Hopefully there won't be any repeat of the scenes between the fans and players on Tuesday night as it would be a real shame to lose the good will that has been generated over the last three seasons.

Tomorrow we welcome perennial overachievers Brackley to Edgeley Park. After the dismal draw at home to Nuneaton, we seem to have stepped on the gas with a 3-0 win against Chorley, a 2-0 away win at Curzon and a 1-3 away win at Yeovil in the FA Cup.

If confidence isn't at its highest it darn well should be!

That being said, Brackley always impress me when they visit EP and usually take something away from the game.

Hoping for a home win but with us you really never know!

Would love to see Bradford Park Avenue go back up -- Wonderful old club. I last saw them at Ashton Gate when Jimmy Scoular was captain. I reckon 61/62 season.
