Spectacularly indifferent to tonight's result, saw the abomination of a starting XI pre-match and resigned myself to an absolute hammering. Anyone with a defence containing Todd Jordan deserves no less, a footballing Neanderthal.

A nice, calm mid-table finish. Splendid.
Think we've got off lightly mate, no back up players at all and 3 down in 24 minutes it could of been a lot worse.
Why hasn't brought players in sooner, Window shuts in 6 days!
Yep bye-bye playoffs...

That was great, absolutely mullered them, the game was over before any of the red cards, that just made our task even easier to see through. Started really well and kept the intensity up to go further ahead and kill the game, we did take our foot of the pedal in the end as Lincoln dropped further back as the game went on.

I did feel sorry for the Lincoln fans that travelled to watch that, their back four were an absolute shambles, especially in the first half, every single attack just ripped right through them.

As much as it pains me to say it Halifax are now above Eastleigh having played the same number of games so must be considered for 5th spot.
Any of the real football clubs are in contention. The expectation on us is what drives us all on, and this stuff :£will never be a substitute for that.

Just got in from that performance, which was probably our second best of the season after Dartford (a) 4-2. Slightly disappointed at the end that we didn't convert our massive superiority into more goals. Not sure if Lincoln shouldn't have had a third red at the end, when their player put our m-o-m Ryan Higgins into the hoardings. Incidentally the ref and lino on main stand side were poor. Ex-Chester player Sean Newton probably their best player.

Oh come on guys, it wasn't our best side out there but it wasn't THAT bad. It's still an embarrassing result.

How many red cards is that for us now - double figures surely? Have we been fined yet?

Home side twitter account in biased opinion shocker. But then again Teflon are 5th in the disciplne table and Halifax are 13th so using the ChrisFGR statiscal logic, we are officially a far dirtier side.

Three yellows to our zero. Oh yeah, and our one goal to their F. Hall! :D

We were mediocre tonight, letting them pass it around and going easy on them with our attacks. In added time Hillhouse was through down the middle and he basically stood with it! But Matty Pearson toe poked it in, fella was chuffed with his goal and Peniket was possibly the star man.

Atmosphere was as dead as I've heard it at a league game. You could hear individual comments from their fans as well as their Twitter man typing furiously from the main stand.

It'll be fun on Saturday unless we sign 2 or 3 players. Our midfield options are Mendy, Power (suspended), Nolan (suspended), Jordan (suspended), Adams (injured).

Our defensive options are Caprice, Brown, Newton, Miller (ill/injured), Bencherif (ill), Diagne (injured).

1 midfielder and 3 defenders. It's alright, though, because we signed Tyrell Waite at the beginning of January who's a striker despite not needing him. This is where we find out whether Moyses has the contacts to bring anyone in. If he can't, we might as well write next season off already.

10 (but that includes 3(?) rescinded).

We're away at Hyde in the Cheshire Senior Cup. Ideal scenario would be turning up with 8 men (kids), going 5-0 down in the opening 20 minutes, Askey literally throwing a white towel onto the pitch and us agreeing a final score of 18-2 to Hyde.

Will most likely end up having to field a number of first teamers, they'll get crocked, we'll win on penalties and have no players left for the run in.

So we actually turned up with 12 men, only sub being our Youth Team coach! All kids barring the keeper and MBH & Holroyd who were needing game time anyway. Ended up winning 3-2 in Extra Time, not ideal for having to put them 2 through 120 minutes ahead of what will be a heavy pitch at Braintree at weekend so probs fair to say neither of them will start on satdy.

As Greavsie once said, It's a funny old game Saint.

Lincoln do the double over both us and Barnet this season but then go to Eastleigh and get tonked 4-0, with Eastleigh missing 3 penalties as well. We then go to Eastleigh and for the majority of the game play them off the park with their fans and management alike acclaiming us to be the best side they have played this season!

2 rescinded, Diagne and Power.
We definitely need some players ASAP, short and sweet from the boss post match.
Honeymoon period over for Moyses now.

We get hammered away from home on regular basis but doing the double over closest rivals does take the edge off, o and the fact we had a much stronger side for both of those games. If we pick a similarly under strength at the weekend I would expect the same thing to happen again, we have no squad depth at all apart from upfront.
The management have got rid of several players that would have helped big time just now, o well always next season....

Not entirely sure on that bit.

We've played 3 league away games under Moyses and lost but the common denominator has been a sending off in every one of those games (circa 20 mins, 35 mins and 15 mins). At that time, the game's done and dusted before it's even got going.

Considering the last one you were 2-0 before the sending off and the red card was for denying a scoring opportunity which would've made the score 3-0 after 15 min, I think it's hard to claim it was the sending off that ruined the teams chances.

Done and dusted in the sense that there was no way back, not that we'd have gone on and won the game.

Interesting to note that Steve Burr wasn't even convinced either red was correct.

Not sure what else he could have given for the first one, McBurnie was through on goal and Jordan dragged him back and pulled him down. The second was a poor challenge from behind, and Mahon had to go off afterwards. I was too far away to really judge that one, maybe he could have given a yellow though.

No red card against us.

I was slightly surprised by both reds, although both justified. To me the tackle on Higgins at the end was worse than both and we didn't even get a free kick for that.

Do you think that's a coincidence? A conspiracy?
