Seeing as a bitter Dover fan obviously hacked the website and deleted the original thread I thought I'd remake it.

Games:

Wednesday 3rd May
Aldershot vs Tranmere 7pm

Thursday 4th May
Dagenham vs FGR

Saturday 6th May
Tranmere vs Aldershot

Sunday 7th May
FGR vs Dagenham

Sunday 14th May
TBC vs TBC

Key points:
- Tranmere expecting a five figure crowd that may set a non league record.

- Aldershot think they'll lose but think Tranmere are terrified.

- FGR are heartless. Cooper sounds like a manic depressive.

- Dagenham boast the best consistency in playoffs. Consistently inconsistent.

Was wondering where it went! Good job!

Apparently I'm not allowed to post on any play off threads but I'm going to flaunt that this once.

I'd just like to wish the fans of most of the participating teams best of luck. It's horrible driving home from Wembley as a play off loser and I don't envy that but the hope of promotion up until that point makes it worthwhile.

For reasons of NW solidarity, and because they really shouldn't be down here I'll be supporting Tranmere. I've come to quite like most of the FGR fans on here so would be pleased for them if they did it this year. And Aldershot have had a wonderful season and it would be a great story if they made it.

Dagenham can do one. Don't deserve it

Still can't believe we won't give Daggers any seats and I'm worried stadium management is too stubborn to admit their mistake and put it right. Prove me wrong please!

Didn't we do it with Dover and also when we had Cheltenham here? Absolutely shocking. Hope it all gets sorted and all the Dagenham fans can come whatever their age, or mobility! What's our allocation for Thursday? Bought my ticket yesterday really looking forward to it!

Think it was the same for Dover as was mentioned in the deleted thread which is what makes me think they might try to brazen it out again. Still time to see sense.
I'm not sure of the allocation, its the whole AGP stand and some seats but don't know how many. Of course one would be more than we're offering, useless knobs.

I have never understood why you only give that tiny strip of seats at the end of the stand to away teams, even when the rest of the stand is half empty. It does seem a bit of a 'f*ck you' to visiting supporters and officials.

Oh look more Dagenham bashing from fans of failing clubs. We're in the play offs as we finished 4th get over yourselves.

AGP stand holds 200, I'm guessing if you sell that some overspill will be given in the TBS stand.

I think all teams are capable of winning this, good luck all.

Oh boy, have you been here to long already. Wrexham, Wrexham, Wrexham, you are my tip for a Lincoln type Lazarine resurrection next season. No particular reason except you really have been here way too long already. :bdick:

In fairness it was only recently where the council lifted some old safety order that reduced the capacity of the East stand by some hefty percentage and apparently all on a cock-up as it's the most modern bit of the ground. I think visitors do get a fair shake now for league games. They should just do the same as normal for this fixture IMO as we won't sell out.

We shoud give Daggers some seats ffs, and tbf quite a few of our fans are making that point so don't hold it against the fans, it's a stupid club decision. Hopefully something will be done.

We would be quite happy for Daggers fans to have use of the Green Man as well, but apparently this is a "risk" game.

We used to have an all seater stand for away fans, but that got changed into a terrace when the ends were switched so home fans were near the players entrance. Means away fans usually get the north stand behind the goal plus seats in the adjacent main stand. For this game because Daggers have apparently been allocated the West terrace, opposite the main stand, it wouldn't be possible to segregate it.

As I said hopefully somethig gets sorted. Cos stopping older fans coming is a fucking disgrace.

Oh they have a few, and one of them was having an argument with Peakey on twitter last night.

Love your signature, it's bang on. This creep's reasoning for what he did was that he felt sorry for all the kids in Milton Keynes who didn't have a football team to support, so to put that right he took away some other kids' football team and gave it to the kids in Milton Keynes. He is an out and out unadulterated wanker. :bdick:

We are part of the furniture mate. Although one day we will triumphantly rise above all the tin potters and rich men's play things and take our rightful place back in the league yo-yoing between L1 and 2.

Despite cretins like that Masterbater guy on here, my affection for Wrexham goes way back to both our Football League days. Wrexham always played proper football, in the right way.

That image comes from the utterly brilliant David Squires of the Guardian.

Anyway, off topic, back to playoff talk.

Since it's been raised here, I'm starting to see Wimbledon as almost as bad as the franchise over the way Kingstonian have been treated with the ground sale to Chelsea.

Whilst Wimbledon are far from being whiter than white here, I think the situation is a lot more complex than Wimbledon kicking K's out to fund their own stadium. Why were K's so quick to accept the deal? Why do Chelsea not want anyone else playing at Kingsmeadow? (For me Chelsea are the real villains of the piece)

Fair enough, I don't claim to know the full picture, but feel the Wimbledon image could be tarnished by this.

Apparently the East Bank is almost sold out for Wednesday (can only remember it being sold out twice in the last 5/6 years which was the Man United and Portsmouth cup games).

Tranmere fans - How many away tickets have you sold? Hopefully we can get the East Bank packed on both sides which will create an awesome atmosphere!

As for the two games, think Tranmere will have too much for us. Also, every time we get anywhere near a Wembley final we bottle it.

Sold just under 700 so far. With tomorrow and pay on the gate, we might manage 1000.

I really think it is too close to call. Most of our supporters are feeling anxious, as we have only been promoted once from six appearances in the play-offs. In the last four we did not even make it to Wembley.

I would bite your hand off for a draw on Wednesday night.

Funny, lots of Tranmere fans are thinking the same! We're a pessimistic bunch generally. Here's hoping for a good two games though, and it should be two great atmospheres.
