Other than the idea of Wenger finally get his shit together, it wouldn't be a surprise to me if Arsenal won the league.

Man City seem to most people's favourites yet I'd take Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny and Monreal over any defence they could put out. Both have very good, varied midfield options. Obviously the thing Arsenal lack is an outstanding goalscorer but Sanchez has started the season well and I think Lucas Perez will prove to be a good signing when he gets going.

Arsenal do seem to be a more balanced side this year and look pretty good at the back and in midfield finally, but upfront I'm still unsure on them winning the league with the options they have.
