What happened about looking alright for top 10 and going 'under the radar' with Huddersfield? 30 points difference. Shocking.
#TheLeeJohnsonEffect to respond to that.

Lansdown made a lot of horrendous managerial decisions in the past as well, but he's now appointed a footballing man in Mark Ashton and he seems to have struck gold with Lee Johnson. No idea on Morris, but Lansdown's a very smart businessman, but he's got a lot of things wrong regarding footballing decisions.

Who's going down then El G? The way you're going, you might need something at our place on the final day?
I reckon Forest could well save your arse TBH.

I've got it going down to the last day... can only see us picking up two draws from our last 4. You'll be safe by the time you play (and beat) us. We'll be relying on Brentford to beat Blackburn.

Bristol City - 53
Burton Albion - 51
Nottingham Forest - 49
Birmingham City - 49
--------------
Blackburn Rovers - 48
Wigan Athletic - 43

Mobile phone day at our place then!
As an aside, I have to say fair play to Burton. Nobody, myself included, gave them a prayer in this league but they've given themselves a right good chance of staying up. If they do survive, I tip my hat to them.

Yeah, block N39 in the Atyeo.

First train from New Street doesn't arrive till 10 minutes before kick-off, will have to train it down the day before.

It should be close to a sell-out for this one?

Yeah fuck that for such a big game, wanna make a proper day of it and there's no chance you'd do Temple Meads to Ashton Gate in 10 minutes anyway. Loads of cheap hotels in the centre anyway, will be a good weekend.

If we have something to play for it'll undoubtedly sell out, but if not I reckon 23k ish given the ticket reduction. We shall see.

We might get near a sell out if we don't count the top tier but we won't get 27,500. Maybe, like JJH says, around 22-23,000, especially if we aren't safe by then. Definitely over 20K anyway.

Heard about Mr Windass?
He was guest speaker at the old Legion in KIngswood last night (gas place) and went to the local nightclub Chasers afterwards. Started shouting his mouth off about beating City and got a hiding from local City supporters! :gr:

Enjoy Shrewsbury away again. "Bristol City, we're coming for you"...
Much better than Alfreton away 2 years ago.
We're progressing, so technically we are coming for you. You did your mighty best to come for us though.

Yeah and it'll all go to shit when Clarke inevitably jumps ship so I'm not worried.

I bet you've been saving that for years gassy?
That's called a Bristol team being in a final match to get into the Premier League, not something you will ever have to worry about.
The fact that your supporters still drag old Windyarse down here as a hero, for stopping us 9 years ago, says everything about your club TBH.
I wonder what Colin Daniel's up to nowadays?

99% of your fans were until a month ago.
About us coming to you, not you coming to us. I even had a bet with Aaron-Bcfc back when you still had your 30 goal striker that you wouldn't finish top six.

Difference is Windass is a hero to us. Colin Daniel did us a favour. ;)

The greatest left back in the world.
Scored the rebound after the snake missed yet ANOTHER sitter. :)
Nope, none the wiser. Must be a right tinpot outfit he plays for as I've never heard of him.
Taylor has shown himself to be a better footballer than I expected and he has a number of assists lately plus he's a fine foil for Tammy so we're quite happy with him. It would be great if he scored on Sunday but he's doing enough to stay in the team. Once we get some Championship quality into his finishing, he'll do just fine. The fact we got him so cheap is good but the fact it was you lot that we robbed makes it even better!
You could always ask your mate Mr Windyarse if he knows any cheap strikers, if he can speak after getting a slap form one of ours on Saturday! :)
OTIB.
