My car has problems and has been written off as a dead loss. I'm looking at getting a new car tomorrow, exactly the same make and model. Does this mean the mileage and service history carries over to the new car?

Saying that, it's the same car isn't it, just reformed?

It's not a competiton, it's a members' club and you're already in it, along with all the other clubs who were in the Football League in 1986.

It's more to do with the fans of the Brother clubs currently in this league, all fans seem to get on swimmingly. The seasons you speak of contained a few idiot Tranmere and Lincoln fans on here.

Also the introduction of the true Evil joining the league last summer and the WAR against them brought everyone together.

The Natural Order™ has been promoted for about a decade down here as well. Of which the whole purpose is to reunite the Brothers in League football and slam the tinpotter door shut.

Very little to do with idiot tranmere fans we didnt think we were bigger or better then anyone... we were a national league team and if we come down again we will be a national league team... despite having a big stadium and decent history for 3 years we were the same level as welling, braintree and dover.

Those who don’t come and go are the supporters, who are invariably committed to their constantly changing team for life, in rare good times and regular bad or indifferent times. What unites “Brotherhood” club supporters, and makes us unique, is that special pain we suffer when our cherished long-standing League status is lost. For that reason I will always consider my club, Aldershot, to be a member of the “Brotherhood” until we regain League status again. Sadly that is a far-off prospect given our current state, made all the harder to take by just missing out in the play-offs in the previous two seasons. But having regained League status once, I fully expect that it can be done again. Sadly, unjustified expectation is another common trait amongst the Brotherhood of ex-League club supporters!

I am the originator, founder and sole administrator & rule maker of the Brotherhood. There is NO competition among the Brother clubs, since members are dispersed across 6 divisions. We are all equal, and united against the Tin Pot shit pretending to be football clubs and seeking to buy entry into the greatest league in the world. I'm afraid SOME of the Jonny-come-latelys, like one or two Orient and Hartlepool fans, together with longstanding jokes like Master D, have completely failed to grasp this. Nevertheless, that is what we are. That is all.

As originator, founder and SOLE administrator of the Brotherhood, I make the rules of which there is only ONE and is restated here: Membership is comprised of those clubs, who were members of the Football League, under any guise, in 1986 (i.e. the year before automatic relegation was introduced). Fellow esteemed Brothers,

I can't get through to the Brotherhood crisis helpline as all lines are still jammed, so I'm posting here to get some advice on a delicate matter

Agonising over it and I've got no idea who to back in the play offs now

I've been thinking about the EVIL quadruplet remaining and trying to figure out for & against each of them going up.

Salford

For: Gets the worst offender out the way, will always be a threat with the finance they have
Against: If they go up it makes a mockery out of fair competition, doing things the proper way and life in general

Fylde

For: They'd be up there again next season
Against: Everything else

Eastleigh

For: Gets a long southern trek out the way
Against: Everything else. Won't trouble the top end next season.

Solihull

For: We might actually have 24 teams playing the same sport next season.
Against: I'm not sure they'll repeat their famous catering inspired climb up the league next year. Also, we'll have to continue calling 111 late night, as we've had to do all season, when Joseph Smith has yet more spice-addled meltdowns.

So while we sympathise and send condolences to Brother Wrexham, who, if any fucker, does the Brotherhood favour? Happy to go along with the majority decision.

Eastleigh, as they would be 100% guaranteed to save a Brother from relegation next season. Plus League 2 is far too Northern/South Western for my liking at the moment.

Salford for me, for the simple fact it gets rid of them. I've had no thoughts whatsoever about FGR since they went up, so I imagine I'll be able to shut Salford out of my mind too (bar the annual wankathon on Match of the Day until they get dumped out of the cup). Fylde will always spend but aren't that arsed about going up for another three years, and the others are teams that could go either way next season.

Yup, and it's all on Wrexham. They've let everybody down. Having recently seen a few league tables from back in the day and checked out the bottom end of Division 4, and looked at the teams now in non league, I'm coming round to the view that we're all here for a reason.

The Brotherhood grows by 2 members ahead of next season, with Orient being promoted, but Notts County, Torquay United and Stockport County joining the National League.

Pending confirmation from GTFCfish the Brotherhood league next season will be competed between:

Wrexham
Chesterfield
Hartlepool
Stockport
Torquay
Notts County

Really excited for the Torquay weekender next season. That and Notts County will be the 2 aways that I'll be keeping an eye out for when the fixtures come out.

Both are guaranteed to be on Tuesday nights.
