Chart Songs to Football Chants

The favourites that stick in my mind from the old days on the Holker Street End include "Hey Jude" and "Those Were the Days."

"I Predict a Riot/Diet" hit the spot more recently and "Day Dream Believer" remains the Amber Anthem.

Any more obscure offerings that I might have missed?

I quite liked our version of 'Streets of London' by Ralph McTell simply for the sheer laziness of it - just replacing 'London' with 'Stockport'. Hardly sung since the panel of They Think It's All Over (teenagers, ask your parents) ripped us apart for it.

Just watched some old football clips from the 60's and a fair few Beatles songs were sung at Liverpool, (Kop) and at a time when the word gay, as used by John Motson, simply meant happy.
