As written in the spanish section: This is insane even though the offer was declined. But nonetheless...this can't end well when they are trying to even outbid the already insane Premier League Bids.

They have around £58 billion set aside to spend on footy over the next decade so we can expect more insane transfers and salaries over the next few years.

A Chinese team bid £25million for Amavi, good player, but still... They're fucking nuts, these Chinese clubs.

I thought the same as I posted, but I liken the Chinese league to a similar experiment the USA had in the 70's when Pele, George Best etc went to the States. One last big pay day. It's all well an good buying the best players they can by throwing money at it, but who actually watches it outside of China? It certainly would sound the death knell to their International career's but they would be set up for life.

Does this methodology work? Does it create such an interest to totally kick the sport off in that country? Has it worked in the States with the MLS?

Ronaldo thinking he's going to be playing in 10 years is even crazier than what the unknown club are offering.
If Oscar is worth £60m, then the Ronaldo deal is priced right. But I got a suspicion his agent is angling for more
money from Real Madrid. A top up on his personal fees perhaps?

Yeah, the MLS has seen huge growth in the States, so it seems to have some merit.
