According to Wikipedia, Reading signed Brett Williams from Eastleigh for £50k, so this article is suggesting it's more than that. Does that sound likely?

I think the Brett WIlliams deal could have totalled 50k with all the add on's, but Brett didnt work out at Reading, so i suspect we only got about 15k for him in the end..
Yes we believe around £50k for JP, cant see it being anywhere near 100k, so 50-60k seems about right,
Yeh he's very decent. Came to us from AFC Bournemouth where he was a midfielder, but we converted him to a Right Back, although i feel he should be playing center half, but for you guys i'm guessing you've signed him as a RB.
Really nice down to earth lad too, & as said, capable of playing in a few positions really.

If that's what you need, I reckon Penn fits the bill. Not the most creative of players but will break things up in the middle of the park. Works hard and doesn't hide. I'll always remember the absolute belter he scored against Morecambe that confirmed our League 2 status in 2015. It seems like a lifetime ago now.
