National League side Southport have signed striker Jean-Charles Coly from French side Football Saint Medard En Jalles.

No me neither.

Could go on to score 30 odd goals! Love it when a player comes from no where as he could be amazing, could be shit, we had mo Chemlal in the same category, fans loved him and he seemed promising, Cooper didn't and he's now on loan with Scott bartletts Weston. Would love to see him back at some point though!

We have made a signing! 22 year old right back Wes Atkinson on a 1 month loan from Notts County.
Gateshead fans - I see you were keen to extend his loan? Sounds promising?
What's his name? I feel this is the muscle-bound bloke who let 7 in for Burton in a Play-off match 3 or 4 years ago. He's back at Total Fitness, Chester with his tattoos.

Alex Woodyard has signed a one-year extension.

Good news, but there's bound to be a release clause in there.

Yeah, good news that especially if Championship clubs were starting to have a sniff. As you say, though, they'll be a release clause in there somewhere and I suspect Raggett is a player who already has one.

Sounds like others are nearly there with their contracts, too. I imagine Waterfall will be at the top of the list. The improvement he's made this season has been brilliant.

We have signed Callum McFazdean brother of Kyle, from Killmarmock. Very happy with this. Always rated him and think he is a good replacement for Cecil Nyoni.

You've got to give a bit of credit to Mills really because one of the things that used to be levelled at him was his insistent on sticking with his tippy tappy stuff, but last season at Wrexham he went a little more physical and direct and he's done the same at York too.

Now he's signed Muggleton, he's edging ever close to the Martin Allen way. Muggleton with Parkin, Oliver, Bencherif etc!

York are certainly a big side now bar Connolly who my 11 year old daughter claimed was smaller than her! They also have a fair bit of pace upfront in Oliver, Morgan-Smith and Moke.

Big signing for us we've been missing a number 9 all season. Now time to properly secure ourselves in the playoffs and push for promotion back to our level. Fair play KHFC_Shaun your source was right.

Wow - wasn't expecting the contract to be a 2 and a 1/4 deal.

This move has to be right because Gordon has held off signing a marquee striker all year. The signing is 3 months too late, and that will put pressure on the guy.

It is also an indicator that the club is back in a healthy financial position considering the club was on its knees last year. The hard work behind the scenes is paying off. I think we will be expecting re-sale value off this transfer though.

He once missed a chance for Alfreton you know....
Haha. Very funny. :fing:

His record speaks for itself this year to be fair to him. Good luck to him but I have this nagging feeling he may struggle to deal with the pressure of playing in front of an expectant crowd. We shall see.
