You're thinking of Franck Betra, Rodney is a striker we got from Man City, played a bit for the development squad, not sure he's good enough for League Football mind.

Like Betra Rodney also has had 2 years out injured.Missed nearly all his two year scholarship but was given a further 6 month contract in the summer to prove himself after never being fit.Looks like he was released and has signed for Hartlepool.
