The fair play league makes for interesting reading at the moment.

4 of the 6 best-behaved teams in the league are from the North, while Colchester and Yeovil (who must have cleaned up their act) are the only southern teams in the bottom half of the table.

6 of the 7 worst-behaved teams are from darn sarf with fake northerners Mansfield being the only exception. south of the north Macclesfield are the only proper northerners in the top half.

Bet you're surprised this thread wasn't started by one of the Burys.

I realise that's the official FA website but I'm not sure how accurate those figure are. If you look at The National League it shows Wrexham having no cautions or red cards at all this season!

At first I thought it was because they are dealt with by The Welsh FA but it shows figures okay for the other Welsh teams.

At first I thought it was because they are dealt with by The Welsh FA but it shows figures okay for the other Welsh teams.

They're probably accurate for the football league, oddities like duplicate teams, teams who have played no matches, teams who have played over a dozen games without any cards and divisions with over thirty teams in seem to sneak in the further down you go. The other non-league Welsh teams also show no cards, but so do plenty of English teams. Probably just tinpot reporting from the tinpot divisions, with a token piece of tinpottery from the Bananarama league.

I've seen us (Notts) play most of the top of the League filth and none have been dirty so far, us included.
Plenty of time wasting niggles is about the worst you could say about them all.

The link doesn't work for me (stuck on PL sides, still the FA has an appalling website) but last I looked we were second worst.
Up until this season we were always one of the best sides, but fat lot of good that did us.

No surprise to Lincoln fans that we're a fair way down the list (joint bottom or top depending on which way you look at it) with Crewe if only the league is taken into account.
