We've not got a great record against you lot. Always a tough place to go and no doubt Marquis will score against us like he always does!! We have started the season with some good results, although we aren't firing on all cylinders yet. I'll take a 1-1 draw

We used to have a good record against Donny, but over the last six games our record is W0 D2 L4 - F6 A11

Marquis does like scoring against us, and he's due some goals.

Would be nice to keep the bandwagon rolling though. We've developed some resilience and look pretty solid at the back. You get a sense that Jackett is getting close to the type of team he wants. He's changed us from a possession team to a team that relies more on power and speed, with a sprinkle of inspiration in the right areas (Ben Thompson, Jamal Lowe).

Depends on which team turns up the one against Wycombe or the one last night as to how we fare on Saturday, we are supposed to be getting at least one in before Saturday which might change my mind

It's early days and i'm yet to be convinced that our form is permanent.

I think we've been extremely fortunate in at least two games to have come away with a win, and i'm not convinced that Jackett's direct game is playing to our strengths (binning a 20+ goals a season in the process).

However, man-for-man our squad is undoubtedly stronger than last season's, who only missed out on the play-off's by a couple of wins.

But i think our luck will run out this afternoon. 2-0 Donny.

Marquis is certain to score, isn't he?

Saying that, I think we've become a tricky side to play against and seem to have a lot more fight that in previous seasons.

I'll go for a draw but fate says we'll get our record-equalling fifth straight win at the start of the season today only for Plymouth to ruin it next week.

I know the Pompey fans are going to whinge about the ref even though all their players have done in the first half is foul us, we have been by far the better side but haven’t taken the chances created, I fully expect us to pay the price in the second half

We were the better side yesterday, pretty impressed tbh especially after how bad we were against Shrewsbury. The Marosi situation was unfortunate but he took one for the team, good point.

I thought you won the first half and us the second. We had more chances in the second half and would have scored if your goalie hadn't handled. Fking long trip tho.
