Good luck to all League 2 teams and hopefully you'll get a Premier League team in round 4 to make enough money to keep your club going financially. We have Stourbridge at home who haven't lost in 13 matches and we haven't lost in 11 so even though we're a League 2 team i doubt this will be easy. £67,000 await the winners in round 3 which is a good amount of money to make us play our usual starting XI unless Ainsworth doesn't take them seriously in which case we could be embarrassed.

Off to Liverpool this weekend. We don't have much chance but that is not the point, and the kids will have fun. What I would love is a draw, so they have to come down south, way down south. £500k for us is better than a kick up the backside.

Good luck mate i hope you can do it,at this stage of The FA Cup is all about our clubs making as much money as possible to make sure our clubs survive for at least another year or 2, have to say i don't hold out much hope for Plymouth at Liverpool but enjoy your day and think of the :£:£:£

Cheers, as you say we have little chance, but the weekend will be fun. One of my boys, although he'll be wearing his Argo kit, does also support liverpool so he is on a win-win. He has been warned it is a long walk home! I have put my put my foot down on any half and half scarf, they really vex me. Indeed, I think I saw a bloke wearing one from Wembley at half time last week. I shan't say what my reaction was.

Good luck to all other league 2 teams.

We've got Leeds at home on Monday night. We've not played them in my U's supporting lifetime, our last meeting apparently being in April 1984 when I was 3 months old. So from that point of view it's an exciting game, they were Champions League semi-finalists, what, 15 years ago? And though I don't fancy out chances at all (and I'll be pleased if we don't get spanked), there is an outside chance of an upset.

It'll be a full house and it being on telly is good money too. It's a great tie for us to get.

Another waking up at 3:30am on Sunday morning to make the trip up to Anfield. Should be a cracking atmosphere no matter the result. 8500 of us making the trip. I might have a sneaky punt on a draw.

Yup looking forward to our game, full house and with the team in the form it's in should make for a really good atmosphere, shame it's on a Monday but as I'm off the drink for a while maybe that's a good thing. I expect them to play a considerably weakened team much like Sheffield Wednesday did against earlier in the season, so based on that we have to have a shot at getting a positive result though, could do without a replay though from a personal point of view.

Accrington V Luton tomorrow - Mark Lawrenson predicts a home win: I'm not so sure really because we're so inconsistent but hoping for a decent crowd and atmosphere. Luton always bring a good following up to us

You're secretly super duper excited aren't you?!
I'm not quite sure how Lawrenson can come to that prediction to be honest - he seems to think that we're going to concentrating on promotion rather than the cups. Strange considering we're x number of points off the top 3.

Just packed the car and now off on the long old poke up to Liverpool. I know we have little chance of a result, but I hope the players realise that unsually they are not the target this time, and they can relax and enjoy it.

If we do get a draw Jurgen is in for a bit of a shock, he was talking about how far away we are and the need to fly, but the airport shut a few years ago!

My one concern is the farce that happened at the London Stadium last night, that it does not happen on Sunday too!

If your team is still in the cup, enjoy it while it lasts and count the money.

I think we will be "concentrating on the league" having seen the team selection! Even McQuoid getting a rare outing.

Ainsworth taking this seriously with our usual Starting XI with Kashket and Akinfenwa up front. Good thinking with a lot of money possibly to be made if we get into round 4. :£:£

Luton go 1-0 down on the stroke of HT. We also lose our best defender and captain who joins our ever increasing injury list.

Edit: Equaliser from Jake Gray shortly after HT.... before Accrington go back in front again. 2-1.

Got ourselves back in it with Gray only to give it away again.

I'm not sure why Gray has had so few chances this season, whenever I have seen him he has had some impact on the game, far more than others can say they have, and obviously scored today. But he seems to be stuck with the Checkatrade lot rather than actually given a chance.

Our cup run seemingly going the same way as our league campaign. Promising start but dipping out before anything meaningful achieved!

And another injury. At least 4 first teamers on the injury bench - Nathan Doyle, Danny Hylton, Cameron McGeehan, Danny Green, Dan Potts, James Justin now, Scott Cuthbert earlier, Craig Mackail-Smith seemingly never fit.

Is that the most expensive injury table in the division?!

Are the EFL going to fine us again for not playing our best team on Tuesday!?

We've been fine with injuries up until the last week or so. 3 of those you listed above probably wouldn't be part of the 1st team in any case and Potts is a borderline first team player now and no great loss IMO

Hoping Hyltons isn't too serious, and no confirmation on Cuthbert or Justin as yet. Wouldn't say it's close to CRISIS levels yet

I hate to be this negative and I'm never this pessimistic, but our season is falling apart at the moment. The squad needs surgery and its not going to happen this month. There are too many passengers; too many that are lightweight and can't compete at this level.

Wycombe drawing 1 -1? ffs

2-1 up now.
Phew! Only the 2nd time in our history that we've been in the 4th round, the last time in 2001 we ended up in the semi final losing 2-1 to Liverpool. Another £67,500 in the bank as well for winning today (Just).

So Olly Lee and Stephen O'Donnell contrive to give the ball away for one of Accrington's goals. How many chances are these two going to be given?

Jonathan Smith - has to be taken off today before being sent off.
Jordan Cook - doesn't change a game ever.
Pelly Ruddock - painfully inconsistent.
Isaac Vassell - never going to be prolific goalscorer. A striker who's finishing isn't good enough.
Josh McQuoid - not shown enough in 18 months.

Jake Gray's the former Palace guy who was on loan at Pools right? He was great in that 3-1 win over Orient, and I thought he was going places as he looked the real deal, albeit a bit raw. Perhaps he's not too consistent, an all too common thing with lower leagues players.

Well done Mowgli, hope you a 'big name' at home, not Fleetwood, we still have some work to do but we go into the hat on Monday for the first time ever in the 4th round

A top 5 Premier League team away would nice just for the cash that would keep us going for another couple of seasons. Let's be honest mate a League 2 side will never win the cup but we love the fact that money is coming our way, i don't care if we get hammered as long as there's some :£:£ in it for us. Good luck against Bristol City in the replay mate.

Have fun in the next round, especially as it is only your second time. You either want one of the non-leaguers to maximise the chance to get through or the top four'/five to get the cash. If you are really lucky you'll draw us!

Just relieved to get through - similar to Wycombe this is only our 2nd appearance in the 4th round. The last time at that stage we played Fulham in 2010 but had a man sent off early and lost 3-1. Roy Hodgson managed them at the time and took Fulham's players to the hotel to change after taking a look at our changing rooms.
The fog was terrible today - in fact the fans on the Clayton end weren't even aware a Luton player had been sent off!

Stourbridge did give it a damn good go to be fair and there were plenty of nervous moments.

The dumbest moment was the Stourbridge prick who threw a flare onto the pitch and promptly got thrown out for his troubles, with the entire away section turning round, pointing to him and chanting "throw him out". Who does that? Imagine missing half the game if they'd won... :dk:

hope they don't get fined, or if they do, they make the idiot who threw the flare pay it.

Accy's first goal was goal of Saturday for me, cracking finish.

See you on the 28th jd n co!!

Shame our game is tomorrow night, there's something about the 3rd round, I vote all games should only be played on the Saturday!!

Fancy our chances as I'm sure Leeds do, just no draw for me please.
