Yeah, those travelling a fair bit will be the ones most affected by it.

We're travelling to Exeter. It means not having to get up as early which is a positive imo.

We're flying down to Exeter on the Friday morning and leaving Sunday afternoon so doesn't really effect me, thankfully.

I heard there is potential for it to be moved to the Newport Athletics Stadium.

700 mile round trip for a 5:30 KO? Looks like the greens will be taking over Cleethorpes beach and the local hotels that Saturday night then! Best get booked up. Fingers crossed for a promotion party!

Apparently at Newport the football takes priority, even though they are tenants.

However that works

Yeah I messaged a mate who said as such, apparently the rugby will likely be at Ebbw Vale

Even though Newport County aren't the main tenants theres FA rule that all football teams must have priority when it comes to groundsharing.

But how does that affect the rugby league when they like the EFL2 all games must kick off at the same time - no exceptions. If anything Newport County will the ones who have to relocate.

We have primacy of fixtures as a condition of our lease. Not sure why this is still dragging on but then again as with everything else at our club it's fecking tinpot. Dragons fixtures were released one month after ours and have now had 6 months to resolve the issue. Should've been easy enough to move their fixtures around so that they have an away game on May 6.

Its quite likely going to decide either of the two clubs league future so wherever it is, it's gonna be a big game. Late one getting back to Nottingham though

1000 away tickets aren't going to go very far are they.

Almost a certainty the Police will make it an all ticket jobby, might wanna sneak yourself onto the Pools ticket datababse, incase you miss out.

Mind saying that the way you've going you'll already of pissed the league, lifted the trophy and the final game could very well be an anti climax

A Hartlepool fan I know said we might be given a stand down one side.
If I don't get a ticket I might just go for the day anyway.

I really doubt that to be honest, logistically it makes no sense at all.

If push comes to shove I'll sell you my season ticket for 50 big ones :£:£:£

But it'll be a nothing game for you lot, you don't get many at home so you might as well make some money

Moving the biggest home section to the two smaller stands is just impractical, the Police cack their undies when they have to deal with 700 Carlisle fans at Pools, there's no way they'll sanction thousands of pissed up Donny fans strolling around town on a Saturday tea time, it'll kick off big time.

Not saying it won't happen, but I'd be absolutely astounded if it does.

Maybe due to a mix-up the rugby team will run out at Dave Parade to face Notts and give them a damn good thrashing, saving Newport from relegation on the final day while Graham Westley is reported missing, last seen beneath a scrum in Ebbw Vale.

That's a good point, I'll get a ticket... I hope. It'll be a good day!
There won't be any trouble with our fans, we're a friendly lot, especially under the influence!

Are Hartlepool going to do their fancy dress again this year? It was incredible last year.
