Can definitely get to 7 of the 12 home games up to and including boxing day. Contemplating whether to renew my season ticket or not.

Brentford and Fulham away on a Tuesday night, ffs.

Villa away on New Year's Day sounds good but travel's gonna be a pain in the arse

Home to Boro, away to Derby, away to Hull. Easy nine points there. Last match away to Sunderland.

However, in reality, us Wolves fans don't really give a toss about first and last matches. Or Christmas or Easter. Legally, we aren't allowed to get any points during November and February (officially it's in the 'Wolverhampton Wanderers Second and Eleventh Month Shocking Performance Act', 1975).

Wank set of fixtures, favourable opening day fixture though again. Like being at home.

Could have been worse, Ipswich the only ballache midweek, will stop at mi pals for Millwall and QPR.

Opening weekend at PNE, match could go either way but a big allocation and a weekend in Blackpool beckons!

Very dissapointed with ours. Dull 1st match at home to Brentford. QPR,fulham,Cardiff and bolton all Tuesday night's so that's 2 London trips and a Manchester trip ruined , Cardiff just a trek. Got holidays booked for forest and Burton away too they would of been 2 good trips especially forest. 1st away match at boro which I reckon will end up on tv.

Why do we always get PNE at home on a bloody Tuesday? They've been on about doing their 'gentry' day at our place for seemingly years yet it's always a poxy Tuesday night. :(

Middlesbrough, Derby, Hull, Cardiff and Brentford as our first 5, very tough start for us. Also I'll miss Millwall as I'm away, but at least it's a shit game to miss rather than a good one. Brentford away in August will be nice though.

Sunderland away last game of the season will be the relegation D-day match on Sky

Crikey, PNE's start is a tough one!
OUCH.
Tough journey for the Tykes on the first day as well. Bristol is a total car park at the best of times but on a Saturday during the school holidays, the M5 will be absolutely stuffed as well. That could put a fair few off travelling TBH as it will probably double the journey time, at least, due to holiday makers heading for Devon / Cornwall. I wouldn't fancy doing that trip by road TBH.

Wank start to the season. Could very easily not have any points on the board after the first month.

just wondering if they are on a crest of a wave and expecting big crowds and decide to reduce the decent allocation
They let Bradford and Sheff Utd have that figure last year so will no doubt take the money and run again this year.

Preston away is our only midweek game that's miles away this year but then we have Brentford, Fulham & Wolves in midweek as well.

Should still sell out Brentford but I'm not sure how the fixtures will affect our average, depends how well we're doing I suppose.

Can't believe we Sunderland away on a bank holiday, will have a right battle at work getting the day off. Mind if I do it means a long weekend in Newcastle. Could be a difficult run in for us, but makes no odds, you have to play everyone twice anyway. (Except Blackburn nowhere to be seen)

Didn't take long for Sky to ruin our matches for the regulars, first game of the season away to Sunderland on the Friday night.

Good for me 400 miles away, maybe not those coming up from Derby.

I've no idea why they can't put live games on at 3pm on a Saturday?

Forest away to open, closing at home to Villa. Not bad. Norwich for new year is a long one but then I guess nowhere is close for them.

We have a good record against Forest, reasonable chance for a decent start.

Last game could be fun, it may end up being us looking to go up and you looking to survive!

I hope we're near the fucking top this season anyway.

You'll get the full allocation so wouldn't worry. No trains running through Bolton due to the new bus station/train station being finished so you'll either have to car it or coach it.

Still not really nowt appeals to me other than the derby but yes I'd rather be in this league.
Surely also Sunderland, Villa, Leeds, even Barnsley, Forest, Derby, at home are a lot more appetising than Fleetwood, Bury, Rochdale, Gillingham, Colchester etc.
Would be quite excited if I was you after so long away.
Be interesting to see if Sheffield clubs come to some agreement regarding away allocations for Derby matches or if we both get shit uns.

Happy with Preston away first day will definitely get to that one, Sheffield derbies take place at Hillsborough 23rd September, and 13th January at the lane. No doubt they will both be early Sunday kick offs live on sky.

SYP and SAG will dictate the allocations, no doubt if they had their way both games would be played behind closed doors with a 2am kick off on a Thursday morning.

Expect both clubs to get 3K and that's it.
