Difficult start but can't complain with the fixtures, after some of the bigger away games were on Tuesday nights last season. None of that, only Pompey which is fine

So the only game I can get to while on my Northern trek is home to Shrewsbury on 12th August. We are away at Flletwood on 19th too far for me to travel to go to that one. Anyone keen for a catch up on the 12th be good to meet some of the other Wimbledon fans that are on here.

I can see our game against Scunny at home being moved as it's the same day as the St.Leger

Pros

Blackpool (A) - August Bank Holiday (followed by Mayweather v McGregor)
Pompey and Plymouth (A) on Saturdays
Wigan (A) - Easter Saturday / possible switch to Good Friday
Both Xmas games at home

Cons

Bradford (A) - Tuesday night
Bury, Rochdale, Blackburn & Wigan all away in the space of 5 weeks - must hurt numbers.

Overall though, very happy indeed.

Pretty happy with ours, although Oxford is still in the cricket season.

Hmm. Away first game of the season. Away last game of the season. Away Boxing Day. Away Easter Monday. Away to Blackpool on 30th Dec, then home less than 48 hours later. Trip to Blackburn on a Tuesday night. I know we are off the edge of civilisation, and it must be hard to get it absolutely right, but very few down here are happy with this.

Still at least there are fewer Tuesday nights, we were terrible midweek last season.

Charlton away on a Tuesday night again after it was last season. We've barely played them in recent years so why not put it on a weekend so a few people can get down. That's my only gripe I guess.

That's usually our fixture list.

Pretty happy. The only downside is that Bradford away is on Boxing day, i'd rather it had been Rochdale or some other crap away day. Not sad to see Oldham and Southend on Tuesday nights either, two crap trips and it means I can get away with not going.

Quite like our fixtures.
Tough one to start with Wigan at home, but possibly the best time to play them.
First away is Blackpool, and I'm loving that!
September is an interesting month for local/other rivalries as we'll play Northampton (H) Posh (A) Oxford (H) and AFC (A) all in a single month.
Boxing Day against Plymouth at home is ok, feel for the away fans though.
Peterborough (H) and Oxford (A) over NY is fairly interesting for us, unlike Easter where we play Gillingham (A) and Blackburn (H)
Then Shrewsbury away to top off our championship winning year.

Blackpool away on Boxing Day is a joke

Apart from that I can't complain about our fixtures

Can't wait for trips to Blackburn, Plymouth and Rotherham. The game at home to Oxford on 19th August is a real test of our credentials.
