I like them because I went to a game there with Southend. Southend won the game 2-0 and the players came and shake our hands at the end of the game. Was cool.

Blade1889 - Claims to be a Tory but then posts like he's on Presidente Corbyn's policy team. Warm, ridiculously clever, funny and a credit to this community.
He'll grow out of this Tory nonsense.
Top fella.

Shoddycollins- Grumpy but very funny stalwart of the League 2 forum. Convinced Carlisle are doomed. I've almost forgiven him for the league 2 awards debacle.

That's Hello Gregory. Shoddy is the optimistic one.

He was in charge of the awards debacle though?

Yeah he was, his laptop let him down or something iirc. Still, one of the better posters on the L2 forum, and if I'm right about Carlisle going up this year, will be a welcome addition to the L1 forum next season. And our loss of course.

...and you'll lose Carver, too :D

edit: What's the "Award debacle"?

Haha, yeah I'll lose Carver too. But really, I don't have a problem with him, in fact come to think of it I don't think there's even one forum member that I just can't stand. The ''ignore'' option isn't for me then ;)

Re. the awards debacle, Shoddy was running this L2 awards night (you know, best/worst thread, most knowledgeable forum member and so on), and he suddenly went missing halfway through it, but tbf he came back after some 3 weeks or so and finally posted the rest of the votes. Imagine watching the Oscars and the host/s are nowhere to be found halfway through the ceremony

I'm more of a cod person but Haddock makes me laugh with his short, sharp and dry humour particularly during the torturous journey's made during commute box
[On JoeJoeJoeJoe]The only person to make both my c*** list and top members list. Pretty much a bellend but his wumish humour is right up my street and he deserves some recognition for his ongoing belief that Coventry are in fact not shit at all
This will be presented by Look Out There Are Llamas.
JoeJoeJoeJoe
Joe, 4Joe, AllTheJoes. Tended to place in the top half of those who nominated him, unlike his club Coventry City. A visible presence in the League One forum and shoutbox, or at least he was. Sadly it's been almost two months since his last post and over a month since he was online. Some believe that he got a life, others think university got in the way. I personally speculate that oakroader kidnapped him and he is now locked up in a cellar. Poor Joe :( This would go some way to explain why he didn't send in a list. Hopefully he returns soon as I for one say that the forum is a lesser place without his presence.

PaulHaddock
Received more nominations than 4Joe however tended not to place too highly; that sums him up really, "Oh, Paul, he exists, he's nice". Makes up the "Trio of Kid" along with JJH and epic73 - when he isn't attending primary school he is working as a furniture boy, he did tell me what was involved but to be blunt I didn't listen. From deepest darkest Leicestershire it is a wonder at all he's online as to my knowledge the internet doesn't exist there and if you've ever tried to play him at FIFA you would know that. He supports Grimsby (GY!) because he's the anti-glory hunter and is wildly inaccurate with any prediction he has ever made - life hack, ask Paul who should be in your accumulator and then bet against every suggestion. Also gets brownie points for sending in a list, good job Paul, 1FF is proud said no-one ever.

Haddock should be higher.

Another victim of the EU trawling through British waters, taking our Haddock out too early.

Famous for running the music world cup, which quite frankly was a rip roaring success and was finished *cough* Martino Knockavelli *cough* and unlike other forum events had good interest and was competently run. Also gets brownie points for sending in a list, good job Paul, 1FF is proud said no-one ever.

1FF's mr nice guy. You could easily find yourself stood next to spiredy at a bar and end up chatting away like you have known him for years and years
Spired is one of the most upstanding gentleman on 1FF. Heaven knows how he is a Chesterfielder when in reality he has the grace and presence of a Londoner

I'm not sure about how I feel about the moniker 'nice'. It's a bit like when a girl call you cute, I feel - the equivalent of a friend-zoning. It's a nothing word you reserve for harmless people who do no wrong, but kinda do no good neither. Like some of the posters earlier on in this thread I didn't really know :animatedf:. Spirederman is more than just a nice guy, obviously. In a forum full of Daves and Joes, Spirederman is one of those rare things, a genuinely good person. With a big heart he has regularly defended me in this thread from the unwarranted and, at times horrifically anti-semitic, attacks of Look Out There Are Llamas, and his empathy shows through in his other posts, including in the mental health thread. Not a nice guy, but a good guy. And certainly better than that berk NorfolkWomble, who was contracted to deliver this post and failed quite spectacularly. I'm sure he was nursing limbless Syrian orphans back to health though.

Pagz's biggest fan will do this one, introducing Martino Knockavelli.

Thankyou, Ian.

Pagnell. The man, the myth, the legend. Loyal Red. Father of the Decade. Bicycle commuter. Kindle critic. Saxophone sceptic. Bargain hunter extraordinaire. Mature cheddar connoisseur. Lewis Hamilton "repulsive fucker" dubber. Kodi power user.

Sadly missed, since he doesn't spend as much time on the forum these days, which explains this lowly ranking.

After reading the recent Buzzfeed article ‘14 1FFers Who Are Most Like Candy - You Won’t Believe Who is Most Like Pixie Sticks’, I felt slightly misled. I wasn’t in disbelief to find Oaf given this accolade, however there was a part of me that thought it was no longer justified. Sure enough, the Oaf who won the original TFF Top 100 Members thread was deserving of this, but New Oaf has adapted his game over the last few years. He’s learnt about swearing and he enjoys the darker elements of the Marvel Universe. Whereas before it was difficult to imagine anything bad whatsoever occurring in the world of Old Oaf, it’s clear to see that now sometimes he has a lot of homework and doesn’t always get to play X-Box after school. The Smat vs Oaf final showdown of the aforementioned TFF list was a show stopping battle of two heavy hitters, however if they were to face off today then it would be more like a Sheff Utd vs Portsmouth League Cup match - served with the footnote “the last time these two met they were both riding high in the Premier League”. His tumble down the Good Guys list can arguably be attributed to his new found teenage tendencies, however he still evidently has a core fanbase that have grown with him.

Internet sensation and blogging mogul mnb089mnb has had another eventful season which included meeting his hero Joe Allen, winning the Euro 2016 Quarter Finals and getting banned from the Shoutbox for posting lewd pictures following the now legendary post-Royal Wootton Bassett away pissup. However, it’s not all champagne and limousine trips to The New Gerard Buxton Sports Ground. When mnb isn’t off pursuing his beloved football teams and amassing millions of Twitter followers he enjoys a quiet family life, working a programming job that he doesn’t really know how to do and supporting his almost as beloved wife. It’s precisely this middle England housewife demographic that he’s successfully tapped into that has enabled this fairly respectable joint 19th place finish.
