Alfreton defender George Edmundson has received a 6 match ban on top of a 1 game ban he has already served for his sending off v Boston back in September. It was one of the worst decisions I have ever seen on a football pitch. The referee 2 yards away gives a corner, the lino 30 yards away flags for a penalty and then the ref sends Edmundson off?!

You can see the incident at around 4;35 in this video of the game?

Genuinely at a loss at what he has done or could have said to receive a 6 match ban?!

Certainly one of the flukiest goals I've seen in a while. To start with the corner that led to it was a mishit cross that Coddington had to tip over, then it looks like the player impedes him by pulling his arm then putting his weight into him, then it ricochets off Tilt straight to their player and Coddington's attempted save goes just to the side of the player on the line. Saying that, I hate the soft treatment keepers get from refs in general so play on.
