It gets worse for K`s as it appears Leatherhead are looking to move away from Fetcham Grove at the end of the next season and K`s will have to look elsewhere again.

I don't know that that's too much of a problem, frankly. It's not really much of a wrench if we have to move away from Leatherhead. The very real problems are 1) relegation 2) what the fucking fuck we're going to do re a permanent home.

I'm more worried that with Leatherhead vacating Fetcham Grove for this new River Lane ground that our chairmen get the idea of spending the Womble money on buying it off of them!

If next year goes well for us (comparatively speaking) we may find ourselves following Leatherhead to River Lane... or we go back to the drawing board of whatever other options we had left this time round.

"Leatherhead & Kingstonian FC" has a certain ring about it, don't you think !!!

I think you'll find we'll become Leatherstonian FC should the unimaginable happen.

Reminds me of good ol' Greame Westley & his master plan in the early 2000's of merging Kingstonian with Farnborough & placing the new club in Guildford...

The megabucks of Bill & Ricky get their first piece of silverware then - that's not surprising. Putting 8 past Tonbridge is a bit of a shock though.

Congratulations to Brightlingsea Regent on winning the Ryman North last week.

Another new team for us next year then, providing we stay up - which we are one step closer too following a 4-2 home win over play off contenders Leiston.

Countdown to eviction: 6 days

Fuck the Wombles. Fuck the Chelski. Time to focus on the celebrations of what good things we've achieved in our time there...

2 x FA Trophy wins (1999, 2000)
1 x FA Cup 4th Rd appearance (2001)
1 x Isthmian Premier title (1998)
1 x Isthmian Division One South title (2008)
2 x Isthmian League Cup wins (1997, 2016)
2 x Surrey Senior Cup wins (1998, 2006)

http://www.townsendaround.co.uk/steps-3-6/a-cue-for-a-casuals-conga/

A Cue for a Casuals Conga- Corinthian Casuals secure a play off place. And a man smokes CB Fry's old socks.

Come on the hyphens! Even though they denied us a groundshare at King George's Field (as the rumor goes anyway) I still want to see these guys do well. Could be a nice Surrey get-together in the Isthmian Premier next season if all things go to plan...

• Kingstonian (if we stay up)
• Leatherhead (if they stay up)
• Merstham (they aint going anywhere)
• Metropolitan Police (if they stay up, although I hope they don't but they are better off atm than us or Leatherhead)

& hopefully two of the following from the Isthmian South:

• Tooting & Mitcham (top of the league by 3 points)
• Dorking Wanderers (second in the league)
• Corinthian-Casuals (4th in the league)
• Carshalton Athletic (Just outside the play offs but still with a chance)

Dorking & Casuals being my preference of the two - although are Dorking still at Westhumble next year or would they have moved in to Meadowbank by then? Meadowbank makes them less desirable as Westhumble would have been a new ground for me. Still would prefer them over Tooting or Paul Dipre's barmy army though.

Still optimistic that Hendon can complete their great escape and Wingate & Finchley can squeeze into the play-offs.

Congrats Bognor. Seriously think Dulwich will win the whole thing next year now, it's about time.

Yep, congratulations to Bognor! I can't say they don't deserve it, having finished second for the 2nd season running. They were better than us in the first hour today and got a 2 goal lead - the second from a bad defensive mistake. Preston Edwards saved a penalty to keep it at 2-0 and we them battered them for the final half hour but could only score one - a tremendous volley form Kargbo. Great support from the Dulwich supporters today! That's 5 disappointments in 7 years in play-offs for Dulwich! Surely our time has to come soon, doesn't it? But with Bill and Ricky buying another 10 Premier League players it could be difficult again!

Gonna be a difficult season, a lot of strong sides like Dulwich & Billericay. Margate & Bishop's Stortford both realistically going to be joining from the Conference South. Dorking Wanderers are going to be a bit of a dark horse for the play offs too imo. I'm just happy we set the bar low for year-on-year performance.

Dunno about Margate, think they are still going to be struggling for investment next season, be very surprised to see them up the top end next season.

As for Bi$$ericay I'll leave a few Glenn Tamplin quotes for you "I expect us to be winning the league next year."
"I'm expecting a promotion every two seasons until we reach the football league."
One of my favourite stories from him is around him working so much his wife left him and took the kids and he said:
"I had a big house and money but no happiness... Billericay fans will be my family."

I don't care what clubs do it, but I wish everyone in the Isthmian Premier the best of luck in destroying Glenn's dream.

They are obviously all Tranmere, FGR, Dagenham and Aldershot players who want to win the playoffs before dropping down the leagues to Billericay :fl:

Most of those 5 will be Braintree if I was to hedge bets. Not they need him but it wouldn't surprise me to see Michael Cheek announced as a signing this week.
