Hopefully, we can keep our away run going at Oldham on Tuesday although history would suggest it is unlikely with our last point there being in November 1984 when we drew 0-0. That said including the 0-0 we've only played there 7 times in the league in that time. Indeed, we've never won at Oldham (including Cups) having drawn 4 and lost 10 games. For a useless fact, we've only ever been drawn against each other in a Cup once and that was in 1994 in the League Cup 2nd Rd which Oldham won 2-1 on aggregate*.

I expect a similar team to start as against Peterborough and hopefully, we can be more clinical this time.

Oldham really need to win this as their fixture list does not look pretty. Oxford are decent though, so I think they'll nick it 1-0.

Well deserved win. Could, and perhaps should, have scored 4 or 5 tonight. We missed some right sitters, or rather Eastwood kept them out.

I must say that I thought Oxford's defence was absolutely terrible though.

Sounds like us. Every time there's a sniff of the play offs we do something silly. The inconsistency is maddening but I suppose you'd take all this for a first season in the league.
