Not one that would keep him out. He rarely manages 90 Mons a game and can't play in a Sat, Tues Sat week.

Tom Elliot reeks of a Parky signing though.

Man City interested in our keeper, Vigoroux.

Lots of money there for Power to invest in the team . . . Oh, wait - let me think. Bollocks, we're fucked.

Mark Marshall's name knocking around on Twitter (he'll win our POTY but is out of contact although we've haven't yet spoken to players about renewals until we know what league we'll be in). Linked with Charlton, he wanted to move back down south last summer, and Bolton, lazy journalism, Parky brought him here then never used him

Hopefully we can get him tied up for next season. On his day fantastic.

Saw Blades are interested in Ryan Leonard. Would be a huge blow to lose him, great player. Sure they won't be the only ones interested.

Had to check it wasn't 1st April. No chance we'll keep him once our relegation is confirmed, but very much doubt he'll be starting next season in the PL.

Marshy has been wanting a move down south for a few years now. Rejected our new offer to move south... couldn't get a deal and called Smurf asking for him to re-instate the deal after the deadline for answers had passed and ended up even further north at Bradford a day later!

Shame as wish Smurf had backed down on it as was quality for us, especially at home on the wide pitch.

If rumours on our forum are to be believed we have agreed deals with 3 players, whilst Chris Maguire has an offer from Hibs and Chey Dunkley has an offer from Rotherham (already mentioned on here iirc).

Wasn't that Charlton fan on here slating Marshall a while ago, guess he won't be happy with that.

Would be a good move for him if we don't go up. I reckon they will pay him as much as us, he'll be with his family and I can see them doing well next year. If we go up though he'd be an idiot to leave us.

Yep, thought that myself when I saw we were linked!

To be fair, I wasn't slating him as such. He was poor during that televised game and stood at as being poor, you Bradford fans then went on to say he is usually decent so fair enough.

Sounds like he's keen on a move down south then? Would say we have a chance of signing him then if you chaps don't make it up.

If we don't go up and you offer him a comparable wage then I'd say it's nailed on he'll move. Can't blame him really. He's not perfect but as lower league wingers go he's the best we've had for ages, this year anyway when McCalls let him play his game. Was awful under Parkinson!

He told us he wanted to leave not long after McCall took over after a season of basically being ignored under PP, McCall asked him to give it more time and he's never looked back - consistently delivered, scored a few, our most creative player. We had the same with Kyle Reid a few years back wanting to move back down south, he got as far as Preston ffs.

Rumours flying around about Dack, not surprisingly.
Millwall forum is awash with stories that he is going there but I heard a couple of weeks ago from someone who knows the family that he was as good as signed for Bolton but who knows.
Don;'t blame him at all for leaving now after some of our moronic, brain dead fans abused at the end of the Charlton game.
Get him fit again and he will be a great signing for anyone outside the Prem.

    :lol::lol::lol:

Imagine Vigoroux, who struggles under the pressure that Chris Maguire and Alex MacDonald bring, having to cope with Guardiola on a daily basis.

That'd genuinely be worth some sort of pre-season documentary. Be back bottling it for Swindon by November.

Oldham fans, strong rumours our end that Ollie Turton is set to sign for you.

He's a Manchester lad so it doesn't surprise me, what does surprise me is that this beacon of mediocrity will have shithoused his way up the league ladder. A constant fixture in relegation battles, a very average (at best) fullback for League Two level but I reckon you'll use him as a squad player due to the fact he can play all over defence and midfield.

Personally I can't wait to see the back of him as I've been a critic of his for a good 3 years now. Should've been released in 2015 but was a Davis favourite. Only reason he's had game time under Artell is due to the fact we didn't have a covering RB and I know Artell wants a proper RB to play for us next season.

Oldham could sign rejects from the Conference North and still manage to somehow stay up.

Odd one. Has he done a great deal at Chesterfield to justify that move after a half decent start there?

    7 goals in 29. Nope.

Such a weird decision. Comes with baggage and hasn't proven he's worth signing on the pitch in league one. I mean, I trust Wilder but have to question the logic of anyone involved in this on our side.

He's got 5 goals in 25 league games for the team bottom of the league, Sheff Utd's odd obsession with getting him back is a little bizarre when they've just won the league and can get much better.

Where does this leave Hanson? Can't see him being anywhere near the first team now?

Completely different striker to Evans. Clarke's current form is the biggest threat to Hanson

Ok, well put another way - you have a lot of forwards and Hanson is not amongst the best few of them. Likely to stay put?

Depends on who you think the best few are.

Sharp and Clarke are better than Hanson based on current form but I'd rather have Hanson than Evans. Lavery is still somewhat of a wild card and relatively unknown, but not an immediate threat to Hanson as Wilder would choose a stronger player over the faster and more skilful Lavery depending on opponents. And then Done and McNulty will be gone in the summer and are worse than Hanson.
