Callum Saunders played for us as a trialist today. Can't see that one going anywhere

We dont need the money actually.
The sale of Grimes and Ampadu has meant we are not in need of cash, particularly as the majority of revenue we make from player sales doesnt even go back into the playing squad. We run a policy of thirds, 1 third goes to the youth academy, 1 third goes to infrastructure projects and 1 third goes to the first team.

Believe it or not the first team is pretty much sustained just by the trust and match day sales.

Well good luck if that's the case and I wish you all the best.
I still struggle to realise that a club reliant on trust members and their funds can afford to turn down 7 figures.

He missed a sitter and did nothing

He did score a fantastic goal against us in the FA cup, but seems to have done FA since that

It's been a few years since I've seen him play but I think he'd be a good signing for most at this level. We tended to play him on the right side of midfield where he built a decent partnership with our regular right back Ronnie Henry but he was equally effective filling in at full back too.

His athleticism was his best attribute, he always tracked back and would cover Henry if he ever got caught up the pitch. His crossing let him down, it was always the thing that I thought would hold him back making it at a higher level.

It'd seem he's been used mainly as a full back since he left us, can see the logic with it, his ability to get up and down the pitch, he wasn't bad defensively but it made sense for us to use him midfield. If he's anything like the player he was when he left us he'll be a very good signing for you.

Really like CRL. For me, he always looked decent when he featured and I think most thought last season would be his breakthrough year however the form of Woodman saw his opportunities limited. Was quite disappointed to see him released but with Dean Moxey becoming available we didn't need 3 left backs on our books. Hope he's given an opportunity with you as I think he could develop into a very good player.

Agree. I'd have preferred he'd stayed as backup for Moxey and we'd binned off Woodman.

Could be a shrewd signing by Yeovil if they offer him something. He can play left midfield as well as full back and always looked solid when I saw him play.

He was meant to be pretty good before his injury wasn't he? Wouldn't have thought we'd be in for another winger, but worth a look.

Yes and no. He was a player that excited the fans and terrified defenders with his pace and ability to run at them. Despite this he didn't really create much and only scored 1 goal for us.

He was showing huge promise and linked with Spurs but that cold October night nearly two years ago at Colchester was gut wrenching as we lost such a talent and as recently as two weeks ago Brown commented to fans that he didn't think he would play again. Played for the reserves last year and wasn't right.

If he can get fit which is the main concern and if he can get back what he had which relies on pace as much as skill he would rip league two to pieces but seems massive doubt that either would be the case.

Andoh seemed a real talent, full of tricks and plenty of endeavour.
    Such a shame.

Good player. Got a terrible injury but looked decent before that. Very good for that level I'd have thought. Glad he's sorted himself a decent club.

Yeah, decent enough at Conf level for sure if he's over his injury. Good on the ball, not much in the way of pace, can pass it well enough. A brick shit house defender he is not, though. Hope he does well.

Yeah, pretty sure he is. Curle is always partial to having a look at tricky wide players but at the same time he tends to steer clear of players with iffy injury records, he likes everyone to be 100% fit all of the time. On the plus side, he hasn't looked like a player struggling for fitness in our friendlies so far, let's see how he does against the better opposition we have coming up.

The squad are currently at Cassius camps, last season they were accompanied by trialists so I imagine Andoh will be there, I think how he does there could be the deciding factor as it's pretty brutal by all accounts.

He has only just signed a new deal so I doubt it. Flitcroft made him captain at Bury so I expect he rates him.

Mayor would be just what we need out wide. Definite game changer. Be surprised if Bury were to let him go though.

Apparently he's not putting in the effort at the moment. Be a cracking signing, though. Cameron is a good player, too, but was badly injured last season.

We've sold Cian Harries to Swansea, some saying we got £1m with add-onds for him which would be excellent
