For starters, McGeehan, Pelly, Potts, Lee
Marriott hasn't really got going yet.
O'Donnell is too inconsistent..
I could go on, but I also think, and have said several times, that I'm not over keen on the pyramid system that Nathan Jones prefers. We often seem to be over-run in midfield, even for a lot of the second half v Wycombe, and given that Rea is the only midfielder who can tackle we often concede that area. It also means that we regularly lack width, so that any team with any sort of tactical nous can stifle us too easily.
Don't be fooled by the big wins that we have had so far, in each of those games we could easily have gone behind, and for spells in each we were struggling.
I think this is extremely harsh. They were the best thing since sliced bread last week!

You're not going to win them all. As I said above, we played poorly, however could've conceivably won that match, which says a lot about the character of the players and their ability. We'll be very much OK this season.

More worrying than the result for me is the crowd - what is going on with out home crowds at the minute? Down about 500 compared to last year and the atmosphere is flat to non-existent. Even away followings are down.

Credit to Grimsby fans, not the biggest numbers but as noisy a bunch as we have hosted in a long while. And they were bang on with the "is this a library?" chant, the home sections were dead, never got one song going all afternoon.

Hatter 86 - as much as we all hate time wasting keepers, it's not them we should hate but their managers. I sure remember Money coming out of the dugout when Dunn, our keeper at the time, wasn't time wasting enough when we were ahead in any match. I've seen opposition managers do it a lot too with their keepers, so we really shouldn't be blaming them ;)

McKeown was just following instructions yesterday - many times Hurst was seen to be signalling to him to slow it down.

Not a bad shout actually - almost a year ago, no wonder I was struggling.
