Ark at Swindon getting all confident. Soon have that nonsense smashed out of you. 4-1posh.

Shouldn't be surprising given we haven't won for ages and we have forgotten what being confident is all about!

Beating Bolton away and Posh getting buried in Greater Manchester should be a good omen for Saturday's game but I'm not going to get any ideas above our station.

I am going to the game on Saturday, think it'll be a draw as our home form is knickers at the moment. Looking forward to seeing the new Chelsea lads, good reviews on Dabo and Colkett.

Working up a head of steam so that we smash Oxford at long last - after we've taken care of the Gas first!

Tough game at Bradford. I guess they're probably still sore after the play-offs so will be desperate to beat us. We've been unchanged in 7 matches over Christmas, and against Charlton I think we just began to run out of steam a bit. Maybe 1 or 2 changes to freshen us up.

Hoping for a draw to keep the unbeaten run going, but I suspect we'll lose this one by a couple. 3-1 Bradford.
The stuff from the Millwall game came from Millwall fans posting pictures of their Wembley tickets on twitter and taking the piss, and then when you got beat and started scrapping at Wembley it went straight back at you.

I reckon we will lose this for some reason, we will dominate the game but concede a couple on the break. I still think we will get play-offs. There's not 6 teams in the league better than us but there might be 6 who are more clinical.

We're terrible and Swindon don't seem too good either. I predict a 5-5 with lots of Barcelona esque tiki-taka football. Nothing surprises me with Posh.

I don't think we would score five if we started today.

Saturday was the first time all season we have won a league game when the opposition has scored, so IF we are to win it might suggest we need to keep a clean sheet, not sure that's happening either. I'm thinking 1-1

With Keith Keane picking up a one game ban for his red card at Roots Hall, and Joe Bunney still on the injured list, it will be interesting to see how Dale's back four lines up against Oxford. I'd personally go with the following team:
Logan
Rafferty, McGahey, McNulty, Noble-Lazarus
Lund, Camps
Mendez-Laing, Rathbone, Andrew
Henderson

Subs:
Lillis
Canavan
Cannon
Allen
Thompson/McDermott/Vincenti/Morley (whoever's fittest/shows best in training)
Davies
Owusu

If RNL is struggling at full back, then either bring Canavan on at Centre back and move McNulty across, or Cannon at. RB and switch Joe Rafferty to the left. Or even move big Calvin back and bring Davies on up front. The benefits of a versatile squad! :)

Like a first game of the season tonight for us. 3 debutants, 1 further potential debutant on the bench, Hoopers first appearance since August and only Knopps of Bruno's overseas players starts tonight.

Completely new attack, intrigued as to how we will go! Especially after the fitness issue was discovered by Brown and they've had two weeks to sort it!

Vale having to wear yellow away shorts and socks as both Burys are deemed to clash with ours! At Bury a few years ago we were forced to wear our training shirts and go sports direct for our shorts so unsure why we've agreed to that!

Good first half from us the only blot being gifting Bury an equaliser when in control of the game with a poor pass. Tyler Walker looks real quality! Stunner first goal and won us the penalty when he got goal side and their lad took him out.

If he keeps this up going off recent history it means only one thing... He'll be signing for Bradford at the end of the season.

Encouraging though.

He offers more than Jones as more all round play looking at him.

Time will tell. Jones conversion rate in terms of attempts on goal to goals scored was pretty spectacular, he was a big loss regardless for that alone.

Good result after coming from behind twice tonight. Brown at RB is a flitcroft trick, should have been Soares from the beginning. Hopefully we continue to build on this v Walsall next week.

Don't know if you went but we were miles better than recent months, looked dangerous going forwards and the debutants looked very good.

Alnwick in goal we win that but won't be too harsh on Boot as was clearly not ready... of Burys five real chances four came from either Boot making a balls up coming then hesitating or us giving the ball away. To concede from our own corner at 2-1 up was criminal but overall much better and had the chances to win it.

Bury looked decent on the break, bit pants at the back but didn't look as poor as say Chesterfield. On tonight neither will go down.

Great reception for the Pontiff too... loved his dual with Smith who to be fair back pocketed him tonight which shows the quality he has at a young age. (And his goal line clearance; had John Terry made that the press would be tugging themselves)

Big opportunity for Sheff Utd to open up a gap this week.

Today we play Gillingham and shoud win.
It's a bit of a pressure game. We were well beaten last week but it's our first poor performance in 22 matches, so most Blades are saying it's just a blip/ one of them days but if we fail to beat Gillingham then negativity amongst some of our fanbase will appear with many prediction a downturn in form.

Bolton are away to Southend where I expect the Shrimpers to win
And Scunny are away to Charlton where I expect a draw. If either Bolton or Charlton win today then I'll be impressed.

We also play an extra fixture this Tuesday night home to Fleetwood
Again I'd expect us to win but there's always a shock somewhere so wouldn't surprise me if we draw that one.

Our game with Scunny is off.

Embarrassing.

Magennis injured, Novak and Holmes not ready, no available centre halves and the covers have conveniently been left off after a week of freezing temperatures. Stinks of a shocking act of gamesmanship.

Additionally, after the regime have talked bollocks about the money they've spent, including undersoil heating it turns out it's actually lies, the pipes are installed but the actual heating system isn't.

Disgrace all round.

Sick of this club.

Gives us a potential chance of being 7 points clear come Tuesday night. If you've not put the covers on your club should be fined at the very least. Like you say shocking gamesmanship.

Disappointing result but not the end of the world. We're just conceding too many sloppy goals , we're creating and scoring enough so I ain't concerned.

Another free three points for the home side against us.
We just bend over and take it away.

That's us all but down. Embarrassing, laughable, pathetic and sad all in one.
When some clubs get relegated it is upsetting but it can be a time for rebuilding. For Coventry it will be about setting up camp in midtable for a few years until we drift down into the relegation zone.

Sisu are running this club into the ground. Expect us planning conference football at the local 3000 seater rugby stadium (which itself will be empty) by 2020.

Well done Fleetwood on your 3 points.

Not quite '2 points lost' but we had the better of it vs Millwall, another draw, the most in the top five divisions

First half was dodgy from us, no strikers on the field, foreign formation, Killa injured, missing simple passes etc. But when we finally got it together towards the end we looked good for the first time in a while today. Didn't create much again though.

Millwall were the usual, not much about them but threat on the break and at set pieces and generally niggly. I can't complain as it was us doing it last season and they'll probably get in the play offs doing it. Think they were getting penned in at the end though and will have been happy to get a point..

Can't comment on the game today, but strikes me as another example of how inefficient we are. Because we bypass the midfield we have to play on the break, but that means that we're almost always playing to the tempo of the other team. It's why we invariably don't beat the better sides. I like Harris, and without him it's arguable that we don't have Fred, O'Brien or a host of the youth that have come through over the past couple of seasons, and we almost certainly don't have a passionate and hungry Morison, but his poor tactics waste the talent that we have in attack. With a few tweaks, we're genuine auto promotion challengers, but the way things are going I can see us finishing outside the play-offs. Maybe only marginally, but that still isn't good enough.
