Off to York in a bit, haven't been to bootham crescent, since about mid 80 when I saw York beat Chelsea 1 0 in the league cup, playing ok at the moment, but I reckon York, after the Tonking we gave them earlier in the season might have a point to prove, train for me today ,

G'won the Imps. Please.

I imagine they'll be 2 or 3 changes, but I doubt they'll be wholesale ones - we can save that for Saturday in the FA Trophy. Wouldn't surprise me if Knott was in for Power and Southwell for Muldoon. Maybe Ginnelly for Hawkridge.

The game is a sell-out, so about 2,000 Lincoln there tonight.

Not much optimism among our support at the moment, yet another draw seems the most likely option. To state the bleeding obvious we could really, really do with winning this. Mills seems more interested in the trophy, though.

I hadn't even realised we were playing until yesterday evening. Everyone seems to be more focused on Dulwich on Saturday. I can see this being the lowest away following we take anywhere all season.

We need to win to keep our play off chances alive and this is probably the best chance to win at Eastleigh we've ever had given their dreadful form. 4-0 Eastleigh then.

A different kind of challenge tonight - we will respect North Ferriby, they've improved recently and to still have a decent chance of survival at this stage for them is fantastic, it certainly won't be the 6-1 it was at SB in August.

Having said that, we have a job to do and a title to win, and three points is mandatory from this one. We'll keep doing our thing, pressure is all on the chasing pack.

I said ahead of the last we were supposed to play this it was the least inspiring fixture of the season, and this time is even less so! The only people I knew travelling down 4 weeks ago had cheap flights booked for that game, could well be the only Macc fans there are ones who live down that way. Fully expect us to give Allen his first home win and would rather we rest anyone who isn't cup-tied.

The last time we didn't lose a match against Eastleigh was 30th August 2014. With them desperately needing a home win tonight, and us having half an eye on the trophy game on Saturday, I can't see our poor record against Eastleigh changing tonight.

I agree regarding the away following tonight as well. I only know 2 people going tonight, and with 200+ probably planning the long trip to Dulwich on Saturday, I can see a lot of the regulars giving this one a miss tonight.

Got to win tonight. Have to take advantage of any potential slip ups and we can only do that through consistency.

Start of a huge 5 games for us where we play FGR, Barrow, Dover and some little Welsh club who's most historic moment was snatching a draw against us.

I was going to go tonight and stay over as had a meeting booked in Camberley tomorrow morning but that's now been cancelled so balls to it!!

And we'll lose anyway.

Given the way their Chairman was blubbering on, you might not even be playing XI players...

Can't see any of Lincoln, Dagenham or Tranmere slipping up tonight. The table isn't going to look to good for us come 10pm tonight.

I can see us slipping up again, we don't have a central midfield and Whiteley is now suspended.

I bet the 1000 extra's that appeared Saturday have evaporated.

Free entry at Eastleigh again tonight, so get yourself down there.

They'd have to be actually paying me (a decent amount) to get me down there.

It loses the novelty slightly when it seems to occur on an almost monthly basis!

And both times we've been there in the previous 2 seasons they've done free ticket schemes for our visit!

If we want to make the playoffs we need to win tonight, however I have a feeling its going to be a draw

We'll struggle tonight. Be very surprised if we win. Barely a CM available and lost the spark in Whitely. Got to keep it tight and play long to Hawkins.

Just noticed we've been denominated as "Macc Boys" ; with George Pilkington and Danny Whit as the likely core of our starting 11 we're far from boys!

Will be interesting to see how strong a side Boreham Wood put out after all the protestations about the game being brought forward.

Expecting our lowest league crowd of the season and a tight game, but we really need to win.

5 changes for us - more than I thought they'd be with the FA Trophy at the weekend.

Long, Knott, Ginnelly, Whitehouse and Southwell in for Wood, Power, Hawkridge, Rhead and Muldoon.
